Will Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Have Platinums Pokedex
As mentioned briefly above, ILCA has not yet confirmed whether the Sinnoh remakes will also feature Pokemon Platinums Pokedex. In 2008, the third Gen IV title considerably overhauled the base game and expanded the total mon from 151 to 210.
After the trailer made its debut back in February, eagle-eyed fans spotted NPCs and overworld changes that were not in the original 2006 release, so anything is possible. It would be pretty shocking for them not to include Giratina, though.
The Gen IV titles are fairly balanced in terms of the exclusives offered in each one. Diamond, for instance, has Scizor with 500 base stats, whereas Pearl has Pinsir with the same point total. Similarly, Salamence and Tyranitar also match up equally when it comes to power.

Which Version Should Players Buy Pokemon Brilliant Diamond Vs Shining Pearl
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will be just like other sets of the franchise, with notable differences between the two games.
These are the first Pokemon main series games made by a studio other than Game Freak. ILCA has been given the green light to deliver remakes of Generation IVs beloved Diamond and Pearl.
Which version should one purchase? The differences should fall along the lines of the originals, meaning the choice will probably come down to version-exclusive Pokemon. If thats the case, Brilliant Diamond is the way to go.

Building A Team In Pokmon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl
The version-exclusive Pokémondont make too much of a difference for fans who arent picky about them, but competitive players will want to make sure they get the Pokémon with the best stats possible. Shieldon and its evolution, Bastiodon, have some of the best Defense stats in the game. On the other end of the spectrum, Cranidos and Rampardos have some of the best Attack. For fans who take the games seriously, choosing between Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl may come down to the numbers rather than the actual Pokémon.
Brilliant Diamond, if it follows the original Diamonds exclusive list, would have Scizor, Tyranitar, Dewgong, Mightyena, Honchkrow, Kecleon, and Aggron. Aggron, Scizor, and Tyranitar are fan-favorite Pokémon and powerhouses that would make a good addition to a competitive team. They also all have Mega Evolved forms, so if the Diamond and Pearl remakes do have Mega Evolution, as many fans hope, they would become even better. Shining Pearl, on the other hand, would have Slowbro and Slowking, Walrein, Pinsir, Houndoom, Stantler, Mismagius, and Salamence. Salamence, Slowbro, and Houndoom also all have Mega Evolved forms and could be key members of any players competitive team. If Mega Evolution does make a comeback, certain Mega Stones could even be version-exclusive.

Slates Are The Key To Encountering Legendary Pokmon
Inside the rooms of Ramanas Park are pedestals, and itâs said that if you insert the corresponding slate into a pedestal, a Legendary Pokémon will appear.
Itâs unclear exactly how these slates can be obtained, so youâll have to do some research as you explore the Sinnoh region.
The Genome Slate corresponds to the Genome Room.
It seems there are other, different slates as well.

Exclusive Pokemon In Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Explained
Although every generation has always featured version exclusives, Diamond & Pearl has perhaps the most drastic differences between each title. From Tyranitar to Salamence, players will need to choose wisely to get the Pokemon they want the most in their game.
For many, the choice may even come down simply to which Legendary you prefer: Palkia or Dialga. However, there are other monsters to consider such as Cranidos and Rampardos vs Shieldon and Bastiodon.
Here are the version exclusives for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl.

Hall Of Origin And Azure Flute
An event item exists known as the Azure Flute, which was never officially distributed and can only be obtained through hacking the game. When hacked into your Bag, the Azure Flute can be used at Spear Pillar to warp to another map, the otherwise-unused Hall of Origin above Spear Pillar. Atop a glass staircase, on a platform high in the sky, you encounter a level 80 Arceus. It seems this event was the originally-planned method of Arceus distribution, but because the event was thought to be too confusing for players, Arceus was distributed directly as an event Pokémon instead.
Interestingly, it seems that an Azure Flute distribution hadn’t been ruled out as late as the releases of HeartGold and SoulSilver those games have a mechanism to allow a Hall of Origin-caught Arceus to return the player to the Sinjoh Ruins and get another one of the trio of Dialga/Palkia/Giratina.
As a consequence of this event remaining unused throughout the entirety of Diamond, Pearl and Platinum‘s release, all of the assets associated with the Hall of Origin area, including three unique pieces of music, are never used in the games:
Does Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Have Platinums Pokedex
Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl does not feature Pokemon Platinums Pokedex. It does have the National Pokedex up to Gen IV, though.
After the trailer made its debut back in February, eagle-eyed fans spotted NPCs and overworld changes that were not in the original 2006 release, so they thought it would be possible. Unfortunately, that didnt end up coming to fruition.
The titles are fairly balanced in terms of the exclusives offered in each one. They both have popular mon so it just comes down to personal preference as to which version you choose.
Players should focus on which game has their favorite Pokemon. The choice is definitely a tough one, but the list above will prepare you for when Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl releases on November 19, 2021.

Mount Coronet And The Spear Pillar
Mount Coronet towers over the center of the Sinnoh region, its peak always covered in snow. This huge mountain is sacred to the people of Sinnoh. A massive maze sprawls within it, but the deeper you go, the stronger the wild Pokémon youâll encounter.
On the peak of Mount Coronet is the Spear Pillar, which appears to be the ruins of an ancient temple. No one knows if the people of old once used this place for their rituals, or if it was perhaps the dwelling of some sacred creature.

Possible Differences Between Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are both still a ways away from releasing, so its impossible to say exactly what the major differences will be between them. Historically, Pokémon games have been near-identical aside from their exclusive Pokémon. However, the new games have many features that past ones have not. Character customization, Pokémon Contests, and Walking Pokémon have been in past games, and the Underground was a feature in the original Diamond and Pearl, but no game has had all of them before. Its entirely possible that these features will lead to differences between the two versions.
Character customization has been a fan-favorite feature in every Pokémon game its been featured in. There have already been several outfits debuted in various trailers, and its possible that certain outfits will be exclusive to one version of the game or another. Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon featured version-exclusive clothing, so it wouldnt be a stretch to expect it in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. There could also be version-exclusive accessories in Super Contests, or decorations for players Secret Bases in the Grand Underground. Theres also the possibility that the games will make certain Gym Leaders version-exclusive, like Pokémon Sword and Shielddid.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl: All Version
Here’s the full list of Pokemon that can only be found in each version.
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are now available on Nintendo Switch, and just as with other mainline Pokemon games, there are a handful of differences that set the two versions apart, primarily exclusive Pokemon. Each game features an assortment of monsters that can’t be found in the other version. If you’re unsure of which game to get, here are all of the version exclusives in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
Is Platinum Better Than Diamond
Though both gold and platinum are strong and durable precious metals, platinum is the stronger and more durable of the two. Platinum is the preferred metal for setting diamonds and other precious gemstones because of platinums strength and density. Platinum jewelry is less subject to wear and tear.

Which Is Better Brilliant Diamond Or Shining Pearl
If you’re wondering whether you should get Pokemon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl, look again at the list of exclusive Pokemon above. These exclusives are the biggest differences between the two, making this a subjective answer – the version that is better is the one with more of your favorite Pokemon in it.
We suggest coordinating which version you will get with friends, so you can trade the exclusives with each other as you play!
Historically, the original Pokemon Diamond sold more than Pokemon Pearl did – about 43% more in the first week of launch! So if you want rarer exclusive Pokemon, Shining Pearl is likely a safe bet, as fewer people will likely purchase it.
Iron Island Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl Walkthrough
Iron Island is an optional area of Sinnoh that can be accessed only from the ship at Canalave City. When you’re ready to head out, head to the south end of Canalave City and seek out the ship. Talk to the owner of the ship standing there and he’ll bring you to Iron Island .
Once on the island, start by running rightward and up some stairs. Ignore the empty house and instead search the rock sitting on the ground in front of it to grab a Max Ether. Then, go up the adjacent stairs and enter the cave. In this first room, you’ll have two options. You can either go down the stairs on your left, or down the stairs on your right.
First, go down the stairs on your left. Here, you’ll find a lone trainer and, up some stairs, an Iron Ball for your inventory. Backtrack to the previous two staircase room, and this time, take the one on the right.
|Onix / Graveler|
Head south to the dead end, where you can grab an Escape Rope. Then, climb the stairs to the upper platforms in the room. Go east and then southward along the thin pathway to a dead end, where a Super Repel can be acquired.
Then, go back down some stairs on the east side of the room to the main floor of the room, and go south, where a trainer can be found. Fend off the trainer’s Staravia and Cherrim, and then use the stairs to your right to access an elevator leading downward. Two more staircases will be presented to choose from. First, choose the one on the right.
