Generation Iii Fossil Pokmon
These Fossils can be found in the desert area east of Lavaridge Town in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. They are in the Crumbling Tower which requires a Mach Bike to get to the top. They can be brought back to life by a Devon worker in Rustboro City. You can get the Fossil you did not choose after beating the Elite 4 and going to the Fossil maniac’s house.
The Evil Teams Didn’t Think Through Their Plans
The evil teams of Hoenn were lacking in both personality but also logical planning. It is evident that Team Magma and Team Aqua did not think through anything that they were doing because it would also have a negative effect on them, such as creating more oceans or getting rid of the oceans entirely. Flooding the world;or destroying the sea won’t solve anything!
These plans were terrible, and the teams clearly were not being logical when they made the decision to create such catastrophes within the Pokémon world. Unfortunately, these issues were not resolved in the Hoenn remakes, and they will forever be one of the worst parts of Generation 3.

Pokémon GO has officially launched Gen 3. Well, a part of Gen 3, anyway. There are now 55 Gen 3 Pokémon in the game, with under 100 left to be added at a later date, but there are still plenty to hunt for right now.
Obviously your goal should be, as ever, to catch em all, but given that a portion of the Pokémon GO playerbase may be pretty unfamiliar with the Ruby/Sapphire Gen 3 era of the game, I wanted to talk about who you might want to focus on in particular, or how you can know if youve really landed a rare/cool one.
Not all of this list is about power. Some will be about rarity in the current state of GO as well, so take that into consideration. A lot of this may be personal preference, but I hope you find this breakdown somewhat useful.

Well start off easy. These are the three Gen 3 starters, in case you didnt know, grass, fire and water types, as ever. If you see these guys in the wild you might not know what to make of them if you havent played Ruby/Sapphire, but know they are the equivalent of Bulbasaur/Charmander/Squirtle, and you want to amass as many of them as possible to evolve their powerful final forms, Sceptile, Blaziken and Swampert.

Relations With Other Types
- They’re weak against themselves because only a dragon could withstand another dragon. It could also be that being a magical creature, they can only be defeated by another magical creature, hence the Dragon and Fairy weaknesses.
- They’re weak against the Ice type because dragons are reptilian creatures and reptiles are cold blooded , which causes them to become slow and lethargic when faced with cold temperatures.
- The Steel type resists them because in legends, knights used armor of that material to defend themselves when facing a dragon. Strangely, they’re not weak to the Steel type.
- They have no effect against the Fairy type because in certain mythologies, fairies’ magic could dominate oriental dragons. While dragons were often immune to magic in European legends, it is a common theme in fairy tales that knights slay the dragon and for dragons to be weak to magic.
- They’re resistant to the Grass, Fire, Water and Electric types because in old legends, dragons were immune to the forces of nature. This also fits with the Generation I starters with each type representing Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle&Pikachu.

Pokmon Contests Were Boring
Pokémon contests weren’t very fun, and most players realized it very quickly when they attempted to take part in them. Every contest felt very similar to each other, and that made the feature somewhat pointless.
The main issue with Pokémon contests is that they were a slog, and there were very few rewards that players can actually earn in Generation 3 from competing in these contests. In the Generation 6 remakes of the Hoenn region, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire, fans could earn a bit more than they were able to in the original games; however, it still lacked in variety and interest for most players.

Onto Gen 3 now, and these were all games that were released on the Game Boy Advance! Again, the world got a little bit brighter and more colourful, and there were even more new creatures to catch. This is also the generation that first introduced remakes to the mix, with the Game Boy Advance playing host to some new versions of the original generation.

List Of Pokmon By Hoenn Pokdex Number
This is a list of Pokémon in the order dictated by the Hoennregional Pokédex, meaning that the starter Pokémon from Hoenn will appear first, followed by Pokémon native to the Hoenn region.
Generation I and II Pokémon not native to the Hoenn region also have a Hoenn Pokédex number greater than 202; these numbers are not usually displayed by either the game or official sources.
When viewing this listing in Pokémon Bank, it is labeled “Good Old Hoenn”.
What Order Should You Play The Pokmon Games
The best order in which to play the mainline Pokemon RPG games is the order in which they were released. This way, youll be gradually introduced to new regions and more cute critters as you go, rather than being absolutely overwhelmed at the start of your journey.
Weve omitted spinoff titles like Pokemon Snap on this list, because really you can dip into those whenever you want, and youll have a nice time without having to worry about the timeline.

How Do You Evolve Wailord And Altaria
Wailord is one of the biggest Pokémon in the game ;a literal blue whale Water-type. Altaria is another Dragon / Flying-type in a generation that includes some of the biggest and baddest in the game. Neither of them are as potent as Gyarados, but they still require 400 candy to evolve.

How Do You Evolve Wurmple Into Dustox And Beautifly Is It Really Random
Wurmple has a split second-stage evolution: It can evolve into either Cascoon or Silcoon. Split evolutions are something we’ve seen since Gen 1, also with Eevee. Evolve an Eevee and you could get Flareon, Jolteon, or Vaporeon. Or the Gen 2 Tyrogue who can evolve into Hitmontop, Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan Picture that, but with only two second-stage possibilities and with each of those possibilities having a third stage evolution.
Important: Unlike Eevee in Gen 1, there’s no trainer name trick you can use to guarantee control of at least one of each evolution. Unlike Eevee in Gen 2, there’s also no Friendship mechanic and day vs. night trick to guarantee control over all evolutions. With Wurmple, second stage evolutions seem to be totally and completely random.
What Are Effort Values
As Pokémon battle, in addition to gaining experience points they also obtain Effort Values , which are special hidden values in each stat . Each Pokémon you battle against gives off
EVs in one or more stats.
Generally, this relates to the Pokémon’s strongest stat – for example, if you battle a Geodude your Pokémon will get one EV in the Defense stat. If you fight a Gengar, you will get three Special Attack EVs.
Newly-hatched eggs and Pokémon caught in the wild – regardless of level – have no EVs and thus act as a blank sheet
for EV training. Any Pokémon that has gained experience points from battling will have gained some EVs.
Every 4 EVs obtained in a particular stat equals one more point for that stat, by the time that Pokémon reaches level 100. At low levels you may not see all the points added straight away. If your Pokémon is at a high level you will see a lot of additional points going on to the appropriate stats at each level up.
In total a Pokémon can gain 510 EVs, but only 255 in one stat. Since 4 EVs equals one stat point, if you want to max out a particular stat it’s only useful to get 252 EVs . The last 3 EVs would be wasted. However, in practice it’s a chore to count exactly how many EVs you have obtained so you may wish to simply max out a particular stat and forego a point or two.
