Niantic Reveals Pokmon Go Community Day Dates For The Rest Of 2019
As the summer season winds down, Niantic is letting Pokémon Goplayers in on when the rest of the Community Day events will take place for the rest of 2019.
In a blog on the official Pokémon Gosite, Niantic confirms the dates for the October, November and December Community Days. According to the post, trainers will want to go outside and explore on October 12, November 16, December 14 and 15.
While the spotlight Pokémon or the in-game bonuses for each Community Day were not announced, we can speculate and make educated guesses as to what Pokémon Go players can expect in the coming months.
POKEMON GO OCTOBER COMMUNITY DAY
The October Pokémon Go Community Day takes place Saturday, October 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time.
Its already announced that Turtwig will be featured during the September Community Day so this event wont spotlight a starter Pokémon. Prior to Turtwig, we had Ralts in August and Mudkip in July, so its likely another three-stage evolution line will take the spotlight.
We still have the Trapinch line from the Hoenn region, but perhaps October will feature a Sinnoh Pokémon like Starly or the Porygon line Porygon Z is a Sinnoh Pokémon, after all.
POKEMON GO NOVEMBER COMMUNITY DAY

There will be some Halloween-themed Field Research tasks and new Halloween-themed items added to the Style Shop.;
Bonuses during the event will include double Transfer Candy and double Catch Candy.;
In addition to this, there’ll be an Alolan Marowak Raid Day on October 31 from 11am to 5pm local time during which Alolan Marowak will be appearing more often in raids.
Ghost-type Catch Mastery
Niantic is introducing a new kind of event to Pokémon Go: Catch Mastery.
On October 25, from 8am to 10pm local time, Ghost-type Pokémon will be appearing more often in the wild. What Is The Best Pokmon In Pokmon Go
Sure, you can catch em all but what if you only want to catch the very best? Well, when it comes to Pokémon in Pokémon Go getting the best really depends on what you want to do with your Pokémon, whether thats PvP battling, raiding or defending a Gym.
One of the simplest ways to look for a strong Pokémon is by determining its max CP. ;The Combat Power figure is determined through a combination of a Pokémon’s Attack, Defense, and Stamina numbers but it isnt everything and a Pokémons moves, stat distribution and type ought to be considered too . However, if youre just looking to know which Pokémon has the highest potential max CP then according to Gameinfo thats Slaking.;
If youre looking for a Pokémon that can be a bit of a punchbag and therefore a solid defender, then its hard to go wrong with Blissey it has the highest HP and Stamina stats at the moment.;
For attacking, its worth considering Mewtwonot only is its max CP second to Slaking, it has good stats across the board and a particularly high attack stat.;
These are far from definitive picks but should at least give you a place to start.;
Other Community Day Bonuses
Meanwhile, Niantic will also offer other bonuses during the Magmar Community Day, aside from the increased Magmar spawns and new Research tasks. First, any Incense used will continue to be active for three hours. Also, during the event, any eggs placed in an incubator will hatch at a quarter of the typically required distance. Honorable Mention: Kanto Tour
While it took place on February 20th, it seems foolish not to mention the Kanto Tour which saw players go back to where it all began. This Generation I gaming experience was something players had to pay to take part in, becoming a much larger community event for hardcore fans.
The;Kanto Tour;tasked players with catching the 150 original;Pokémon from the Pokédex in a set amount of time. It was certainly the start of a much larger idea which could see;Pokémon Go;continue on this trend throughout the year, with payable events for other Generations.
