Is Shiny Mew Legit

STARDUST COSTS FOR TRADING! Pokémon GO | ZoëTwoDots

It is essentially safe to assume that almost every shiny Mew is a fake, especially any that are international because it was never released internationally. Legit shiny Mew is without doubt one of the rarest shinies ever! This means that the Kanto Tour will be the first time ever shiny Mew has been available worldwide!

Pokemon Go Rainbow Pikachu Is Spawning

Encounters are one of the most important and exciting parts of PoGo, allowing trainers to spot wild Pokemon and catch them.

While Shiny Pokemon are usually the ones in high demand, theres a new glitched version of Pikachu that might have just become the most sought-after mon in the world.

A Reddit post from user Xaphine says: Found this Pikachu outside my house. Is she a missing texture or some new costume? I captured her, and the game never added her to my collection.

One fan responded: I want this Pikachu its the coolest one EVER. Another said: Looks like the normal and weight texture took over somehow.

Pokemon Go Trading: Costs Mechanics And Special Trade Rules

Pokemon GO Trading is a new game play feature introduced Pokemon GO . Trading allows you to exchange Pokemon with Friends, re-roll IVs and complete your Pokedex by finally catching them all. Trading is a staple feature in all Pokemon games.

When compared to other Pokemon games, trading in GO works a little bit differently, requiring Stardust to perform trades and introducing a set of restrictions that prevent Pokemon black markets to form.

Trading has been released alongside two additional features worth learning more about: Gifts and Friends.

In order to start a Pokemon GO trade, both players must meet a set of requirements:

  • Be friends with the person youre trading with
  • Be within 100m from the person youre trading with
  • Have Trainer Level of 10 or above

In order to start trading, you need to find the Trainer in your Friends tab and click on his profile. From there, click the Trade button and wait for the other party to become ready. If both of you meet the above mentioned requirements, you will be placed in the Trading lobby where you can select your Pokemon and verify the Stardust required to trade.

Whats The Latest Pokemon Trading Discount

The amount of Stardust required for trades in Pokemon Go depends on many different factors. For example, the Stardust cost to trade with friends will be much lower than dealing with strangers because your friend is part of your friend list for 90 or more days.

Moreover, you can also save some money by ensuring that both Pokemon are roughly equivalent to strength, so no one loses out due to differences in level. However, it could take a long time to accumulate Stardust if you wish to trade with a player who you have recently befriended. Still, you can get discounts and prizes in Pokemon Go trading.

Depending on the friendship level, you can receive the following Pokemon Go trade cost discounts:

96% discount, 10% damage bonus, and 100,000 XP reward for the game.

How Does Pokemon Go Trading Work

How to trade Pokémon in Pokémon Go

As long as you’ve been friends with someone for a day, and have exchanged one gift, you can trade Pokemon with them. Every trade you do will cost you Stardust, although the exact cost depends on a number of factors – but more on that in a minute.

When you know what you want to trade and who you want to trade with, make sure you’re physically next to each other . Then head to the Friends tab within Pokemon Go, and select the player you want to trade with. Hit the trade button in the right-hand corner, and get your friend to do the same. When you’ve connected, pull up the Pokemon you want to trade and you’ll be informed of the trade cost in Stardust, but also the CP range the Pokemon will hit when it is traded. When the trade is over, the Pokemon’s CP level will sit somewhere within this range. The range is affected by your Trainer Level, the level of the receiving trainer and also your friendship level.

You also get candies for every trade, which is a great added bonus. How many you’ll receive depends on where the Pokemon was caught too. The further away you are from its source, the more candies you’ll receive. According to Reddit, you get one candy for distances below 30km, two candies from between 30 – 100km, and three candies for anything above 100km.

Not all Pokemon are regarded the same in Pokemon Go trading though, as there are two types of trades you can do with a friend: Standard Pokemon Go trades, and Special Pokemon Go trades.

Pokemon Go Sylveon: When Is It Coming

Sylveon is much awaited in Pokemon GO, and fans cannot wait for the creatures arrival on the platform, especially as it is the debut of the Fairy-type Eevee, which currently has seven in the AR Game. This includes the OGs from Gen. 1 with Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon, followed by other creatures like Leafeon, Glaceon, Umbreon, and Espeon.

According to Pokemon GOs Twitter account, Sylveon is here and is lurking in the evolution of Eevee as it debuts in the game. Most Eevee-lutions are random. Still, it was initially theorized that giving it the appropriate nickname would guarantee a type of Eevee to appear after evolving.

In the case of Sylveon, there is still no nickname to use, meaning that the evolution will be random, and users would have to get lucky for a Sylveon to spawn after evolving. Sylveons arrival came with the Luminous Legends Y Event, which has started its festivities last May 18, and to last until May 31.

Sylveon, the Intertwining Pokémon, is making its Pokémon GO debut during the upcoming Luminous Legends Y event! Youll be able to evolve your own Eevee into Sylveon by earning hearts when its your buddy.

Pokmon Go Special Trades Explained

In trading, not all Pokémon are weighted equally. They are classed under two types:

Standard Pokémon Trades:

  • Forms you don’t have in your Pokédex
  • Any other Pokémon not in your Pokédex that isn’t Legendary or Shiny

Special Trades:

It should be reiterated that Mythical Pokémon – such as Mew – cannot be traded under any circumstances.

Standard and Special Trade differences

There are two main differences with Standard and Special Trades. For one, you can only do one Special Trade per day, with anyone. This resets at the same time PokéStops and Research quests do .

The other is the Stardust cost. This is where things get a little more complicated. If you are trading Legendaries and Shinies you both own, the cost is the same as a Standard Pokémon you don’t own, such as a regional or a Unown form. But if one of you don’t have a Legendary or Shiny in a trade, then the cost jumps up massively.

To round off the end of the year is the Holidays 2021 event, the Season of Heritage, the Stardust Challenge and a refreshed Go Battle League.Ongoing are Arlo, Cliff, Sierra counters and Giovanni counters.Other major updates in the past year include a level cap increase, the introduction of XL Candy, boosts to some XP sources and the addition of Platinum Medals.

Prepare To Use A Lot Of Stardust

When you tap a friends portrait in your friends list and you have met the distance requirements, you will find the option to trade. Youll quickly notice that depending on the Pokémon you wish to trade with one another, however, the amount of Stardust youll be using to do so may be large.

To maintain the amount of trades and what Pokémon are sent between players, Pokémon Go requires a certain amount of Stardust for each trade depending on the type of Pokémon, as well as the friendship between the players. If both Pokémon being traded are in both players Pokédex, the trade will only cost 100 Stardust regardless of friendship level.

There are also Special Trades which further limit how much players may trade with one another, as well as exponentially increase the Stardust cost. These types of trades can only be done once per day. If both Pokémon are Legendary or Shiny and in both players Pokédex, or neither normal Pokémon is in either players Pokédex, the trade will cost 20,000 Stardust for Good Friends, 16,000 for Great Friends, 1,600 for Ultra Friends, or 800 for Best Friends. And if both Pokémon are Legendary or Shiny and are not in either players Pokédex, Good Friends will be set back a whopping 1,000,000 Stardust Great Friends 800,000 Ultra Friends 80,000 and Best Friends 40,000.

Gotta trade em’ all!

Pokémon Go took the world by storm when it came out in 2016. You’d find large gatherings of strangers playing together in parks, trying to hunt down the rarest ones and fill out their Pokédexes. However, certain Pokémon are exclusive to specific regions around the world, which makes catching all 751 Pokémon a lofty challenge.

This is where trading comes into play. Trading itself does have some rules, as to prevent people from taking advantage of the trade system. You can only trade with players who are within 7.4 miles and there is a stardust cost based on the friendship level between the two trading parties when initiating a trade with another player. If you have a higher friendship level, then the lower the cost will be. In order to be friend rank good, you need to have been friends for 1 day, great 7 days, ultra 30 days, and best for 90 days.

So here are the costs for trading regular, shiny, and legendary Pokémon by friendship level.
