THE Pokémon Company unveiled a treasure trove of new games during an online event on Friday.
The Pokémon Presents livestream saw the reveal of a new open-world adventure as well as updates on the hotly anticipated new Pokémon Snap.

EV Training refers to the process used to train Pokemon stats for optimizing them for battle. All stats have a secret number known as their Effort Values. They work like experience points that you gain when your Pokemon engage in combat with other Pokemon in both trainer battles and wild battles. Pokmon Presents Reveals Character Customisation And Hideaways
The Pokémon Presents livestream, which you can watch in full below, revealed that a few new additions will be coming to the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes.

Kanto Trip: Pokmon: Let’s Go Pikachu
This gorgeous game reimagines the Kanto region from the first Pokémon game and allows players to revisit the fun with upgraded graphics. Players start with a special Pikachu who follows them around and can wear fun clothes. Pokémon fights are mainly limited to trainer and gym battles. Most wild Pokémon are simply caught by throwing a Poké Ball. Players will need to trade with Let’s Go, Eevee players to catch all of the Pokémon in the game.
What Is Pokmon Presents
Pokémon Presents was a special online broadcast hosted by The Pokémon Company.
It was broadcast on The Pokémon Companys YouTube channel on February 26 and featured the unveiling of three new games.
The event was part of celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise.
The franchise began in 1996 when Pokémon Red and Blue were originally released in Japan.
Trainers caught their first Pokémon in 1996 and began an adventure that has lasted 25 years,” Pokémon Company boss Tsunekazu Ishihara said.
” Through eight regions, many different platforms, and countless Pokémon encounters, they have strived to be the very best.
“We hope that fans of all ages will enjoy creating new memories while exploring the Sinnoh region in these new games.”

Pokmon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl
The big mainline Pokémon video games of 2021 are Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, which are Nintendo Switch remakes of the Sinnoh games. Very little footage from the games has been revealed so far, but they appear to be straight remakes of Pokémon Diamond & Pearl. It’s unclear if they will contain any content or concepts from Pokémon Sword & Shield, such as Dynamaxing or a Wild Area. It’s also unclear if they will contain content from Pokémon Platinum. Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl will release for the Nintendo Switch on November 19, 2021.

What Is The Pokemon Unite Decidueye Release Date
Pokemon Unite are bringing Decidueye out to play after some datamines suggesting that it could be making its debut soon. Now the arrow shooting owl Pokemon from Alola is all but making its way to Pokemon Unite. The question becomes, what is the Pokemon Unite Decidueye Release Date?
There were many different rumors and some leaks that Decidueye could be making its way to Pokemon Unite sooner than many had anticipated. This started when there was an initial datamine suggesting multiple different Pokemon would be coming, including Decidueye. Then during the Halloween event, astute observers recognized that Rowlet, the first evolution of Decidueye, was carved into one of the pumpkins.
While this could have meant nothing, it was clear that Decidueye would be coming when one connected it with the datamine. That said, it is possible that the Pokemon Company and Tizi could try to pull a fast one on dataminers in the future and try to trick them with something else like this. Either way, on the Pokemon Unite Twitter account and now many are sure it will be coming soon.
The official Pokemon Unite Decidueye Release Date has not been announced yet. That being said there are likely two dates when it could be joining the Pokemon Unite Roster.

But the question remains what route will Nintendo and the Pokemon Company go down with this new release?
The new Pokemon game is rumoured to be a Super Collection.
Does that mean its going to fall in line with the recent Mario anniversary release and boast a couple of classic adventures on one cart?
Or , could we be about to have a brand new Pokemon game on our hands?

Pokemon Diamond And Pearl Remakes
Ever since the release of Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen in 2004, Game Freak, Nintendo, and The Pokemon Company have consistently remade each Pokemon generation for newer platforms. The latest set of remakes, not counting the Let’s Go games, were Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire on the 3DS in 2014. There’s been about five years between each of the Pokemon remakes, so Pokemon fans are technically overdue for Diamond and Pearl remakes.
Pokemon Diamond and Pearl marked the franchise’s debut on the Nintendo DS, and they launched with a number of improvements and innovations for the franchise. Some aspects of Diamond and Pearl may not have aged particularly well, but those issues could be ironed out in remakes. Out of all the possibilities listed here, it seems as though Diamond and Pearl remakes are the most likely possibilities, especially since Time Diamond and Space Pearl titles leaked alongside Pokemon Sword and Shield back in 2017.
Every Upcoming Pokmon Game Confirmed In Development
There are a number of Pokémon games in development, such as Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl and Pokémon Legends: Arceus for the Switch.
The Pokémon franchise has a number of games that are confirmed to be in development, with some set to launch later this year. The Nintendo Switch has already received several high-profile Pokémon games, such as Let’s Go! Pikachu & Eevee, Pokémon Sword & Shield , and New Pokémon Snap, to say nothing of the series’ growing popularity on mobile platforms.
Pokémon is one of the biggest media franchises on the planet, and only a portion of its revenue comes from its games. The Pokémon games are the cornerstone of every other aspect of the franchise, as they introduce the new Pokémon that ultimately end up being featured elsewhere. They also recycle the old ones into the new material, which happens when the remakes of the older games are released. Pokemon Sword And Shield Sequels
For years, Nintendo and Game Freak would release a “third” game to go along with the pair of Pokemon titles it would release for any given generation. This third entry would be largely the same experience, albeit with some improvements and new gameplay features to make the return trip worthwhile. This tradition stopped with the release of Pokemon Black 2 and White 2, which were direct sequels to Pokemon Black and White instead, and then Pokemon X and Y never even got their third game. The Pokemon games then reverted to their previous release pattern somewhat with Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, and so fans are wondering if Sword and Shield could get similar new versions or even direct sequels.

While this would usually be the safest bet when it comes to new Pokemon games, it actually seems unlikely that Nintendo will release an enhanced version of Pokemon Sword and Shield any time soon. That’s because Nintendo has instead opted to release new Pokemon Sword and Shield content through DLC expansions this time around, launching Isle of Armor this summer and The Crown Tundra later this year.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus releases for Nintendo Switch on January 28, 2022.

The Grand Underground area, which is set out beneath the Sinnoh region where both games take place, will be making a return and players will be able to take part in lots of different activities there including digging up fossils and decorating a custom secret base complete with Pokémon statues.
The remakes also contain Pokémon hideaways which didn’t exist in the original games. The Pokémon that appear in the hideaways will change depending on the statues players have in their secret base.
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl aren’t the only new games fans can look forward to. Pokémon Legends: Arceus is a brand new game which will be coming out in January 2022. This adventure is set in the ancient Hisui region which later becomes the Sinnoh region where the Diamond and Pearl games are set.
The game will feature several new Pokémon including an antlered animal called Wyrdeer which evolved from the Stantler and lives in the harsh natural environment of the Hisui region a fish-like Pokémon called Basculegion which can swim with lots of power the Husuian form of Braviary which has huge majestic wings and the Hisuian version of Growlithe.

Though the likes of FireRed, LeafGreen, HeartGold& SoulSilver were all perfectly serviceable, Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire really raised the bar when it came to Pokemon remakes. Pretty much everything about the original games was improved and many newer series mechanics were added into the mix.
Mega Evolution was perhaps the biggest addition, with many gen 3 Pokemon being treated to Mega forms. Mirage Spots allowed players to add a ridiculous number of Legendary Pokemon to their Pokedexes too, while the leap to 3D made returning to Hoenn an absolute delight.
