How Do You Get Free Pokecoins In 2020

*18,250 FREE POKÉCOINS* PER YEAR! DOES 50 FREE GYM COINS PER DAY ACTUALLY MATTER? | Pokémon GO

Taking gyms!

  • Find a Gym and either take it down or fortify it so you can put your Pokemon there.
  • You can only earn 50 Pokecoins a day.
  • Youll earn 1 Pokecoin per 10 minutes of your Pokemon defending a gym.
  • You can only have one Pokemon at one gin at a time.
  • You can only place Pokemon creatures in 20 gyms at once.
  • So What’s The Best Way To Get Gym Badges

Getting a bronze Gym badge is easy and can be done in a few minutes: Win a Raid Battle at the Gym.

Getting a silver Gym badge takes a bit longer. The fastest way is to win three Raid Battles at the Gym. At some Gyms, you can do that in a day. If you can keep a Pokémon in the Gym, you can hedge against not enough Raid Battles spawning: Two Raid Battles plus a day of possession will also net you silver.

Getting a gold Gym badge takes a lot more time. Based on the above numbers, the quickest path to Gym gold is clear:

    • If the Gym is low-turnover or tends to favor your team, get a Pokémon on there and keep it there.
    • Fight as many Raid Battles at the Gym as you possibly can.

Using that method, you’ll need to win 30 Raid Battles – one Battle for every day of Gym possession.

It took me roughly two weeks to get my first gold Gym badge that way, and that was with a high level of possession and one or two Raid Battles a day.

Pokmon Go Coins: How To Get Free Pokcoins From Gyms

The Pokémon Go Coins they are the pay money used to buy new items and upgrades in the game.

While you can get many consumable items through normal play, some items can only be purchased with Pokémon Go Coins.

There are two ways to get Pokécoins. One is paying real world money and the other is interacting with Gyms.

How To Get Free Pokcoins In Pokmon Go

To get PokéCoins without paying real-world money, you must interact with Gyms, which are available from Trainer level 5.

These are towering, spinning monuments that can be taken over by one of the game’s three Teams and be defended by placing Pokémon inside.

From 2017, this is how defending Gyms works:

    • You earn six PokéCoins per hour defending a Gym .
    • There is a cap of 50 Coins per day regardless of how Gyms you are defending.
    • Your earnings will be delivered to you automatically when your Pokémon has been removed from the Gym. If your Pokémon remains in the Gym at the end of the day, you won’t earn any PokéCoins.

This is different to how Gyms worked in the game’s first year, where placing a Pokémon in a Gym would get you a flat rate of 10 Coins per creature so in theory, you can now easily earn 50 PokéCoins in the same period.

In short, the longer your Pokémon is in a Gym, the more PokéCoins you will earn. However, you can only earn a maximum of 50 PokéCoins per day, even if all Pokémon are removed from all the Gyms you are defending at once.

Additionally, if your Pokémon has been in a Gym for several days, they will only provide 50 coins in total when they come back to you. This also means that, if other Pokémon come back to you on that same day, you won’t receive any more Coins – as you’ve already hit the cap for that day.

The best Pokémon for gyms are ones with high defense. This means Blissey and Snorlax are some of the best tanks to plop in there, but you also dont want a slew of normal-type Pokémon in one gym. Mix it up so it makes it harder for other trainers to defeat you and your allies quickly. According to Game Press, other good gym defenders include Metagross, Drifblim, Togekiss, and Milotic.

Legendary and Mythical Pokémon cannot be placed in gyms.

Why Would You Feed A Berry To Any Pokmon Other Than Your Own

While you could always starve your teammates Pokémon in the hopes of making them more likely to get kicked off by an attacking team , there are some benefits to feeding as many Pokémon in Gyms controlled by your team as possible. That is, in addition to keeping the Gym strong against would-be attackers.

    • 20 stardust for every Pokémon you feed.
    • 20 XP for every Pokémon you feed.
    • Pokémon candy but only occasionally of the type you’re feeding.
    • 10 points towards your Gym badge.
    • One point towards the new Berry Master medal.

That all makes for a reasonably decent incentive to keep feeding any friendly Pokémon, you find on Gyms. Especially Nanab Berries which have little other use.

Conquering Arenas The Key To Wealth

To get PokéCoins, you will need to place your Pokémon in arenas. Once thats done, head over to the in-game store. At the top right, youll find a shield icon containing a number.

This is the number of your Pokémon currently placed in Arenas. Just tap this icon, and youll receive your prize: 10 PokéCoins and 500 Stardust for each Pokémon placed.

To collect your prize, timing is important. Indeed, you can only repeat this action once every 21 hours. In other words, if you place other Pokémon once your prize has been collected, you will not win any PokéCoins . On the other hand, the more Pokémon you place, the more you earn, so dont rush too much.

If you find yourself buying too many items, then you can either buy an extra item bag or expanded storage for your Pokémon. Each of these upgrades will cost you 200 coins.

If you want to get a bunch of goodies in one fell swoop, youre better off buying a box, which is a collection of limited edition items sold at a discount. At the time of writing, for example, theres the Adventure Box for 1,480 coins, which includes 10 Super Incubators, three Incense, three Star Pieces, and seven Egg Incubators. Neglecting the Star Pieces, this box would have a value of over 3,000 coins.

How Many Coins Do They Give Per Hour In Pokmon Go

Initially, we recommend that you stay in the Gym for as long as possible. But why? First of all for the satisfaction of getting the golden emblem of that place second, because for every minute and hour we are adding Pokémonedato our purse. As you can see, the first thing of all is to identify a Gym, defeat it and, when it turns the color of our team, put a Pokémon with good health and defense points to last as long as possible. Take into account these data that we will present below:

    • 1 Pokémonage for every 10 minutes
    • In total, 6 Pokémonages per hour

However, there is a limit of 50 Pokémonages per day in the best setting. To guarantee those 50 Pokémondaily ages the best thing is that we defend as many gyms as possible at the same time, so that the sum of each one gives that long-awaited total that we are looking for.

Pokmon Go’s New Gyms Have One Fatal Flaw That Needs To Be Fixed

    Pokemon GO

    Niantic

I want to take a step back from raids and the anniversary event for a moment to track something that has been an issue with Pokémon GO since its big summer update went live. The changes to gyms have mostly seemed like a step in the right direction. Limiting gyms to six slots, to one type per gym, and having the Pokémons power decay over time seems like a recipe for higher gym turnover, and certainly an improvement from the days of Tier 10 gyms everywhere stocked with only Dragonites and Blisseys. However, one important aspect of gym play seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle: The reward system.

Previously, you would get 10 coins and 500 Stardust as soon as you held a single spot in a gym. Hold 10 gyms at once, and you could rake in 100 coins and 5,000 Stardust per day. Thats been heavily altered in the gym rework. Now, your Pokémon earn one coin every 10 minutes per held gym, and you have a max of 50 coins you can earn in a day. The Stardust reward is gone, but you now earn 20 Stardust every time you feed an allied Pokémon a berry.

I understand the goal of this system, to reduce the frankly insane coin and Stardust generation of those powerful enough to indefinitely hold many gyms at once, but also to increase the ability for Average Joe Player to earn a couple coins and a bit of Stardust through normal play.

If you want your Pokemon to stay longer, you can feed them berries when they are weakened, to return their health and keep them in. There is no quick way of doing this, and with a 50 coin daily cap, its quite a challenge to build up, but if you make regular attempts to take over gyms and stick Pokemon there, youll have a better chance of earning the max number of coins each day.

How Many Coins Will You Earn

The number of Coins you’ll get depends on how long your Pokemon stays in the gym.

For every 10 minutes that your Pokemon is in the gym, you earn 1 Coin. You get the coins when the Pokemon is kicked out of the gym and returns to your storage, which happens whenever another player from another team has battled against and defeated your Pokemon. There’s a limit, though you can only earn 50 Coins per day. To earn the daily maximum, the Pokemon needs to be in the gym for 8 hours and 20 minutes.

With this in mind, you can strategize about which Pokemon you place where and when. If you put Pokemon in three different gyms and they’re all kicked out the next day, you’ll still only earn 50 coins. If they had been kicked out on three different days, you could have earned 150 Coins. You can feed any Pokemon in your team’s gym your berries in order to heal them. Usually, you’d need to be near the gym, but when one of your Pokemon is in it you can do this any time. One way to earn more coins is to strategically heal one Pokemon so that it survives until the next day.

HOW TO GET *GOLD GYMS FAST* – SECRET to STOCK ITEMS FASTER | Pokémon GO

It remains to find the right mechanics of free recovery of PokéCoins so that fans can obtain them more easily.

To do this, Pokémon Go intends to integrate daily challenges to complete, linked to common tasks such as evolving a Pokémon, taking a photo of your boyfriend or making a nice throw. Therefore, defending an arena will reward less than before: from six, it will increase to two PokéCoins per hour. In addition, the maximum number of PokéCoins that can be earned in a day will increase to 55 from 50 previously.

Niantic does not seem completely sure about this development. Initially, it will therefore be tested by Australian players, whose feedback will be carefully observed to adjust as needed. We look forward to being able to offer this update to all Trainers once the testing phase is over, said the company, which therefore feels the need to experiment with this idea before making it accessible to everyone. It is true that it has the potential to disrupt the economy of Pokémon Go and transform the way we play. Its deployment to the rest of the world will depend on community feedback.
