How To Catch Regigigas

Regigigas is another Pokemon that youll need a plate quest for.

This iconic legendary Pokemon is available during the mission The Plate of Snowpoint Temple , which requires you to have completed the main storyline and The Researcher of Myths quest beforehand. Youll also need to have obtained the icicle plate, the stone plate and the steel plate from the previous missions, too.

The mission originates from Cogita, who will inform you about a temple giant and describe the encounter in more depth. After youve got the mission in your log, head directly to Snowpoint Temple to catch Regigigas.

Here, youll need to open the great door inside the temple and follow the path inwards. Youll find Regigigas pretty easily and be able to start the encounter.

Regigigas is a normal type Pokemon, so Id recommend bringing along a fighting type Pokemon to make the fight go quicker.

The Regigigas event will then take place on Saturday, the , from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm in your local time .

However, the big difference of this event in relation to the others is due to the fact that you need a ticket which you can already buy at the online store giving you the opportunity to find Regigigas before it reaches the Raids at the end of November .

The same will cost 8.99 euros and youll have to go to the game store to get it. You can participate in the event wherever you are and you do not have to complete the challenge automatically although we advise you to do it until the 4th of November, as the Regi Trio will no longer be available in Raids and capturing them is a requirement to complete the challenges.

How To Catch The Genie Pokemon

There are 4 genie Pokemon to catch in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and they can be a bit of a pain to track down and capture if you dont know where to look.

If youve got time to kill and youre looking for some mighty additions to your team, it is absolutely worth tracking them down and catching them.

To unlock the required quests and encounters needed for these legendary Pokemon, youll need to have completed the main quest line, started the Deified Pokemon quest and have spoken to Cogita in Galaxy Hall, Jubilife Village.

Upon speaking to Cogita, youll learn about three powerful Pokemon that you will need in order to complete your Pokedex. This trio includes Thundorous, Landorous and Tornadus, with Enamorus coming in as an additional legendary after the initial catches.

As a Normal type Pokémon Regigigas is weak to Fighting type attacks and counters. This gives players a lot of great options, especially if you have powered up Shadow versions of anything listed down below. So lets break down the very best Regigigas counters in Pokémon GO for June 2021.

Any of these will do great at countering Regigigas in your raids, but you may need more options if you dont have a few of these for your team. Mega Gengar is the best choice for a Mega Evolved Pokémon, if you wish to use one. How To Catch Landorus

Landorus is the third genie Pokemon to catch, and its a ground and flying type.

Out of the first three genie Pokemon, I found Landorus to be the easiest to track down and capture. It doesnt have any weather based requirements, so you can find it a lot faster than the other two listed above.

Landorus can be found in Obsidian Fieldlands, in the Ramanus Island area at the bottom of the map. The only nearby Pokemon thats worth taking out before you start this encounter is the alpha Infernape, as it can really get in the way.

Once the nearby area is clear, this fight follows exactly the same format as the other two so far. Landorus will throw gusts of wind at you which youll need to dodge and then youll need to stun it. A regular battle will then start up, where you can catch it.

Landorus being a ground and flying type means that you can use a lot of different Pokemon in your team to your advantage. Ground types are weak against water, grass and ice Pokemon, and flying types are weak against electric, ice and rock type Pokemon.

• Rain will boost its Electric type attack.

Make sure you save beforehand and have Pokemon that can battle level 70s as Regirock, Regice and Registeel are each level 70 and fairly tanky. Acquiring these shards isnt difficult. Its just a bit tedious. If you havent already excavated in the underground, dont worry. Throughout the underground, you will encounter multiple paths. Each of these paths typically contains places where you can excavate for a variety of items. These spots will appear as glowing stars on the mini-map. When youre close by, you can press R to locate the wall where you can excavate then interact with it. What youre doing here is essentially looking for mysterious shards. Theyre pink fragments that unfortunately have an uncommon encounter rate.

To purchase a Discovery Slate, youre either going to need three small shards or one large shard and you need to purchase a slate for each legendary titan except Regigigas. Thankfully, there are some ways to slightly speed up the process. The fastest method of acquiring these shards is paying attention to how many items are pinged when you first excavate at a location. There can be up to four items. Essentially, just start digging, and if you find an item that isnt a shard, dont fully excavate it. Instead, move onto another location to look for another item. Whenever you dont see any more items on the mini-map, simply head into a Pokemon hideaway and then exit. It will refresh the tunnels.

How Many Players To Beat Regigigas

Every team is different, and with the new method of awarding Premier Balls you always want the largest group possible. However, if you cant get 20 players together to take on Regigigas then we recommend going in with at least five trainers in the team. More is better, and even with this many if you arent best friends or they dont have the best Regigigas counters then you will still struggle. So just try to make sure you have as many as you can and work with them on getting solid Fighting type counters into their team.
