How to fix POKEMON GO PLUS that will not Connect / Pair with phone EASY FIX

Turn your Pokémon Go Plus over in your hand and begin loosening the screw at the bottom of the back clip cover with the #0 Phillips-head screwdriver. You dont have to unscrew the screw all the way out. Loosen the screw just enough that you can pull the back off of the Pokémon Go Plus device so that you dont lose or misplace the tiny screw while replacing the battery.

Once the back cover is removed, set it aside for later. Be careful not to lose the screw.

If youve successfully wiped the Go Plus and cant connect to your new device, tapping the the Go Plus button can help you figure out its current status. A blue flashing light means it already has a device in its memory. Its possible its your new device, it just failed to fully connect inside the app. At that point, just force close the app, re-open it, and try connecting again.

If youre still having trouble, you can always start again from scratch by pressing the Pokemon Go Plus eject button inside the app and then force closing it. After that, you can re-wipe the Go Plus itself to get it back to its original factory state. From there, reopen the app, and try to connect again .

Getting the device unpaired and then paired with a new Android is easily one of the most frustrating experiences Ive ever had to deal with. Youll need a lot of patience and may have to re-do many of the steps before it cooperates. We suggest having plenty of beer on hand.

Your Pokmon Go Plus Wont Power On Now What

Niantic has recently released some major updates that enable increased player interactivity to the popular augmented reality mobile game, Pokémon Go. Pokémon Go players now have the ability to add friends and send or receive gifts. Players can also trade with nearby friends. These small improvements have reignited players’ hopes for a more robust trading feature that allows players to trade with faraway friends over the internet. Because of this major update, many Pokémon fans who had grown bored of Pokémon Go are returning to the game in droves.

If you are like me, you were probably excited to dust off your old Pokémon Go Plus device to venture outside and begin collecting gifts, only to find that the devices battery has died since the last time you played. Fear not! It is super easy to replace the battery in your Pokémon Go Plus. You just have to have the right replacement battery and a screwdriver at hand.

Final Verdict: Pokemon Go Plus Vs Pokemon Go

To me, the best Pokemon Go tracker is a better choice than the Pokemon Go-tcha because of several reasons:

    • The Pokemon Go-tcha flaunts a better aesthetic and a replaceable silicon band.
    • It offers a more stable connection and doesnt have random disconnection issues.
    • The rechargeable battery inside the package is cost-effective as you dont have to buy new batteries every now and then.
    • The Go-tcha can autocatch a Pokémon and auto-collect items at nearby Pokéstops.
    • It also comes at a cheaper price compared to its competitor.

However, if you are a big fan of Nintendo, you may prefer the Pokemon Go Plus. It also has a lot of functionalities on offer for its price. At the end of the day, the choice is all yours to make. Either device will be a huge help for both beginners and high level players whove been with the game from the start.

Which Pokemon Go tracker do you think will bring you to the top of your game? Is it the Pokemon Go Plus or the Pokemon Go-tcha? Do you have either the Pokemon Go Plus or Pokemon Go-tcha already ? Still have questions about Pokemon Go trackers?

Pokmon Go Plus Problems: Connection And Pairing Issues And What Red Light Means

The Pokémon Go Plus has been released in most parts of the world and like any accessory there will be some problems. The new accessory can have some connection issues, problems with the LED light or having trouble pairing with your smartphone or device.

With all that said, the Pokémon Go Plus does work well, but there are some quirks with the device that some users may not be aware of. We compiled a list of common issues with the Pokémon Go Plus , a l o n g with some quick fixes. The official Pokémon Support page also has some troubleshooting steps, so be sure to check that out as well.

Pokémon Go Plus LED Does Not Light Up?

Make sure the battery on your Pokémon Go Plus is installed properly. Each Pokémon Go Plus device comes with a battery but it could have become dislodged. The battery is found on the back of the device. Use a Phillips screwdriver and loosen the screw then pull open the cover. Make sure the battery is tight.

Replace the battery with a new one. If the LED light still doesnt light up, you can replace the battery with a new one or simply remove and reinstall it. Make sure the battery has been set correctly, with the and terminals facing in the proper directions. Ensure you are using the right kind of battery .

Pokémon Go Plus Cannot Connect To Smart Device?

If you are having trouble pairing with your device follow these steps:

    1. Restart your phone, and then re-launch the Pokémon GO app.

2 . Go to the settings menu, and tap Pokémon GO Plus.

What Is The Pokmon Go Plus

The Pokémon Go Plus is a peripheral for Pokémon Go which can be worn either on the provided bracelet band, or as a pin on your clothes.

Shaped like a combination of a Poké Ball and the Google Maps pin – because, you know, Pokémon Go is essentially Poké Balls plus maps – it’s around the size of a large smartwatch, although of course only provides functionality when used with the Pokémon Go app.

The main point of the Pokémon Go Plus is to enable you to enjoy the game – or if you’re anything like us at times, compulsively obsess over the game – without having to use your phone.

It connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth, and will notify you of a nearby PokéStop or wild Pokémon with a vibration and blinking LED.

The greatest benefit, really, is the fact that you can do these things without draining your phone’s battery life at quite the same rate as doing so normally – helpful since battery drain in Pokémon Go is a recognised issue.

That is, unfortunately, mitigated somewhat by the fact that it’ll be using your phone’s Bluetooth, but it’s still a bit of an energy saver.

How To Pair / Connect POKEBALL PLUS with Pokemon GO

The Poké Ball Plus still hasn’t been completely explained – although there’s plenty we do know already.

We know it’ll function like a Pokémon Go Plus – more on that itself below – when connected to Pokémon Go, allowing you to do all the same things like catch Pokémon and spin stops as you go.

As well as that, we know it’ll have Pokéwalker-style functions for your Pokémon from Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee. You can put them “in” the Poké Ball Plus and, by tracking your steps as you walk around with it, it’ll unlock certain unspecified benefits for you or your Pokémon in-game. Junichi Masuda, head of Let’s Go developer Game Freak, also confirmed to us that there will be some different, special features.

“One cool thing if you put your partner Pokémon – so maybe your Pikachu – inside of it, I think maybe there’s some extra things that makes it feel as though the Pokémon is really inside the ball… for example if you shake it, it’ll actually sounds like it’s in there, so things like that – and also some things we haven’t revealed, that are cool that affect the gameplay if you walk around with it,” he said.

We weren’t allowed to touch it out in Japan but, rest assured, were told it felt very nice. It has both a wrist strap and a smaller hoop for you to hook a finger through to make sure it’s secure in your hand – and so no kids go throwing it through the TV.
