Trading For Mew On Pokmon Home
Because Mew is a Mythical Pokémon, you can’t ask for one on the GTS. Your only way to get a Mew via trade is either by heading into a Trade Room or by Wonder Trade, although the odds of getting a Mew via the latter method are astronomically low.
If you’ve got a friend with a spare Mew, head into a Trade Room to perform a private trade and then transfer to Sword & Shield. Otherwise, stick with the previous two methods of Mew acquisition.
Pokemon Sword And Shield: How To Find Zeraora In A Max Raid Battle
This Mythical Pokemon will be available to challenge for a limited time.
Trainers, the Mythical Electric-type Pokemon Zeraora is currently appearing in Max Raid Battles in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. Its appearance is part of a limited time event that will allow trainers to receive a free Shiny Zeraora.
Specifically, from now until June 28, Zeraora will appear in Max Raid Battles in Sword and Shield. If one million trainers around the world defeat Zeraora in one of these battles, all trainers will be able to collect a free Shiny Zeraora in the mobile version of Pokemon Home, the online Pokemon storage service.

First, head to the Pokemon Dens in the Wild Area that have a beam of light shooting out of them.
When you interact with one of these Dens, youll see the silhouette of the Pokemon thats available to battle. If you see the silhouette in the screenshot below, youve found Zeraora!
If you dont find Zeraora in any of the battles that are currently active in your Wild Area, remember that you can cause more battles to appear by completing all of the battles that are currently active.
Keep in mind, you cant catch any of the Zeraora you defeat in these battles, but you will earn some in-game items if you win.

What Mew Does In Battle
Although not quite as powerful as Mewtwo, Mew is still a dangerous Mythical ‘Mon. With 100-base stats across the board and access to every TR, TM, and Max Move in the game, Mew can be a threat to any team. You can really do anything you want with Mew from turning it into a Baton Pass thrower to a Special Attack sweeper to a Reflect and Charm staller.
However, Mew is a true “jack of all trades, master of none” Pokémon. There are better Pokémon for any specific role, and the only thing Mew has going for it is its versatility. That and it’s pretty cute.

Without The Poke Ball Plus
As Pokemon Home holds to launch, there is no different approach to get Mew in your Pokemon Sword and Shield game.
While trading species from different games does become possible, though, you will be able to transfer Mew, as well as different other Pokemons. It will only work for Sword and Shields species still, Mew is not available in the Galar region Pokedex and is, therefore, the difference.
How Valuable Is Mew In Pokmon Sword And Shield
Mew is helpful to catch just to complete the Pokedex. As mew is the 151st pokemon on the Pokedex and is a mythical creature, three out of six random Stats of Mew will be maxed out.That means you can train mew and make her the most potent psychic pokemon in the Galar Region.
However, you can get Mew as a Starter pokemon if you have a Pokeball accessory. At level 1, mew only learns pound. But, as you train Mew, She will learn psychic, and you can easily beat Hop, your rival.
Other than that, there are more psychic pokemon to train in the Galar region.

How Useful Is Mew In Pokmon Sword And Shield
The obvious reason for bringing Mew in Pokémon Sword and Shield is that it will help you complete your Pokédex.
Though, since it is a mythical Pokémon, Mew’s entry in the Pokedex will only show up if you either catch it yourself or if you battle a friend who has it in their party.
Due to its status as a mythical Pokémon, three random stats of Mew’s six will be maxed out, which means these three stats will be at the ‘best’ level. Thanks to this, you can train Mew to become a very powerful psychic Pokémon, especially if one of these chosen stats is its Special Attack.
Yet, you do only get one Mew per Poké Ball Plus and there are some exciting new psychic Pokémon in Pokémon Sword and Shield for you to train.

How To Transfer Mew From Older Games Using Pokmon Home
If you don’t want to purchase a Poké Ball Plus, you can still get Mew as long as you’ve got one in a Nintendo 3DS game. For this, you’ll need the Premium version of Pokémon Home as well as a stored Mew in the Pokémon Bank.
Before Pokémon Home came along, the Pokémon Bank was a similar service that let you store Pokémon online. It worked with the Nintendo 3DS generation of games including Sun & Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, as well as 3DS Virtual Console versions of Gold, Silver, Red, Blue, and Yellow. So long as you caught a Mew in one of those games, you can transfer it to your Pokémon Bank account.
From there, you’ll need to log into Bank to start the transfer to Home. You’ll also need to confirm the transfer by logging into Bank from your 3DS and verify the key. You can read more about transferring Pokémon from Bank to Home here.
Once your Mew is in Home, you need to use the Nintendo Switch app to transfer it to Sword & Shield.

Everything You Need To Know About Zeraora In Pokmon Unite
Zeraora is classified as a Speedster who specialises in melee attacks in Pokémon Unite.
Its high stats in both mobility and offense make Zeraora perfect for moving quickly around the battlefield and attacking your opponents. Zeraoras low endurance, however, means that you need to keep an eye on its HP level and be ready to make a quick retreat when necessary.
You should also always avoid using Zeraora for support, focusing, instead, on collecting Aeos Energy and scoring goals.
Thankfully, its Basic Attack will restore some of your HP on every third use and Spark, which you can select upon reaching Level 6, will also restore HP once its been upgraded.
Best of all, Zeraoras Unite Move, Plasma Gale, causes a great amount of damage to both surrounding Pokémon and forces them away from you, which makes it perfect for clearing the battlefield. Plasma Gale also has the added bonus of creating a zone where both the range and power of Zeraoras Basic Attack is enhanced.
Its important to note that, difficulty wise, Zeraora on the Expert level. For this reason, we recommend using the Practice Area to gain a better understanding of its moveset before using Zeraora in a proper match.

How To Get Zeraora In Isle Of Armor Dlc
Zeraora can only be found in Max Raid Battles from yesterday, June 17, to June 28.
Zeraora can appear in three-star raids and above, so be on the lookout.
If one million players beat Zeraora in Max Raid Battles, youll even be able to claim a shiny version in the Mystery Gifts menu. Youll need to have transferred a Pokemon to or from Pokemon Home to enable this though!
Update:
Good news, trainers! Shiny Zeraora will be sent to all players, but youll need to use Pokemon Home on mobile to get it. Youll find it in the mystery gift menu up until July 6 at 4:59 PM PDT.

Is Mew Useful In Pokmon Sword And Shield
The logical reason for transferring Mew into Pokémon Sword and Shield is that it will help you complete your Pokédex.
However, because it is a Mythical Pokémon, Mews entry in the Pokédex will only appear if you capture it yourself or if you face a friend who has it on their team.
Due to his mythic status, three of his six Mew stats will be filled to full, meaning they will be at maximum level. Thanks to that, you can train Mew to become a really powerful Psychic Pokémon, specifically if one of those three statistics is its Special Attack.
You still only get one Mew for Poké Ball Plus, and there are other new Psychic Pokémon that are great in Sword and Shield.
Where To Find Mewtwo In Pokemon Sword And Shield
One method of having Mewtwo in Pokemon Sword and Shield is to transfer it over from Pokemon Home. Players can then have the Pokemon in their party and interact with it in Pokemon Camp. As for locating it naturally in the game, in order to find Mewtwo, the player must participate in Max Den Raids. Search around the Wild Area for Max Den Raids and throw Wishing Pieces into them. The spawn is completely random, so it may take a few attempts. It usually appears within every 10 Wishing Pieces. It’s also possible the player’s friends may be participating in certain battles, so to save time, make sure to look for friends to play with or spend Watts on Wishing Pieces.

How To Get Mew From Pok Ball Plus
Within every newly purchased Poké Ball Plus is a Mew just waiting to get out. This used to be how you could get Mew into Pokémon Let’s Go!, but now you can transfer it to Sword & Shield too.
Step one is, obviously, to purchase a new Poké Ball Plus. You can get them online for around $50. We don’t recommend buying them used since someone could have taken the Mew out already without you knowing.
Step two is to turn on your Poké Ball Plus while playing Sword or Shield and then going to the Mystery Gift menu to select “Take a Stroll With Poké Ball Plus.” Then hit one of the Poké Ball’s buttons to connect to your Switch. Be patient as this might take a few seconds, but after that, your Mew should arrive.
Note that if youve already purchased a Poké Ball Plus and transferred the Mew to either Lets Go! Pikachu or Eevee, you wont be able to transfer it to Sword & Shield.

While this certainly may seem like a moral defeat, youve got to remember that your victory still counts in the grand scheme of things and once Zeraora has been beaten one million times, youll receive your reward. To claim your Shiny Zeraora reward, open up the Pokemon Home app on your phone and navigate to the Mystery Gifts section. From there, youll be able to capture the elusive creature once the milestone has been met. Further, for every 100,000 Zeraora defeats after the one million mark, players will receive a piece of Amorite Ore that can be used to teach your Pokemon new moves at the dojo in the Isle of Armor expansion.
Its also worth mentioning that the Isle of Armor DLC has a new level scaling feature that will increase the difficulty of your opponents based on your highest level Pokemon.
