Pokemon Master Journeys Release Date In Japan In Summer 2021
As of the last update, OLM, Inc., or any company related to the production of the anime has not officially confirmed the exact Pokemon Master Journeys release date in Japan. The production of a Pokemon Season 24 sequel was announced by the official website on May 6, 2021.
But its possible the premiere would have been in 2021 regardless since Pokemon Journeys has been unusually long. Typically, since the 2010 Black & White, the Pokemon seasons have ranged between 43 to 54 episodes long.
Japanese Pokemon Journeys Episode 60 already released on March 19, 2021, and Pokemon Journeys Episode 75 is scheduled for July 30, 2021. That means there are now enough episodes for Netflixs Pokemon Journeys Part 6.
Since we dont know if Pokemon Journeys 75 is the ending, its currently uncertain when exactly Pokemon Season 24 Episode 1 will come out. Assuming Pokemon Journeys Episode 75 is the ending, Pokemon Master Journeys Episode 1 could come out on August 6, 2021.
But the announcement specifically says Summer 2021, which in the anime industry typically means July through September.
That could mean the first part could end Pokemon Journeys in late August 2021. If thats the case, the Pokemon Master Journeys release date could in September 2021, the last month of the Summer 2021 anime TV season.

The Story Of Pokemon Journeys: The Series Part 5
Pokémon Journeys: The Series, known as Pocket Monsters in South Korea, is the eighth part of the anime series.
This series shares its Japanese name with the first series when the anime first premiered in 1997 and is officially labeled with 2019, the year this series started in, for disambiguation. A new art style is implemented for the fourth series during a row.
This new series focuses on the 2 protagonists Ash Ketchum and Goh, alongside their partners Pikachu and Cinderace.
It also features a young girl named Chloe, who has an Eevee, and her father, Professor Cerise, who runs a laboratory in Vermilion City.
It features all the regions that have appeared within the Pokémon games, from Kanto to Galar. Pokémon from each region also appear.

Netflix has announced that Journeys Part 5 will release Sept. 10, 2021. Though Master Journeys has already started airing in Japan, Netflix will continue releasing bundles of episodes after a hiatus this summer.
Master Journeys continues the arc that began in Journeys. This time, Ash, Goh, and Chloe are headed to Sinnoh, the iconic setting for 2007s Pokémon Diamond Version and Pearl Version.
The announcement that series favorites Dawn and Piplup will return for a brief two episodes already drew old fans attention and attracted a new audience to the series. The duo last took to the screen nine years ago, during the animes Black and White arc.
While episodes featuring the two air in Japan later this month, US fans will have to wait a little longer for a Netflix dub.

More About Pokemon Journeys
The anime series is airing its 23rd season in Japan while Netflix subscribers are getting new episodes of the show as well. The twenty-third season of the hit anime show follows the adventures of Ash Ketchum and the brand new protagonist Goh as they travel across all eight regions of the Pokémon franchise. On their adventures, Ash and Goh also visit the new Galar region from Pokémon Sword and Shield.
It is surprising that the finale part from the games makes an earlier appearance on the show, rather than taking a few seasons. The supporting characters include Professor Cerise, a Pokémon researcher who oversees Ash and Goh’s missions, and his daughter Chloe, who is Goh’s childhood friend. Given Pokemons wild success not only in Japan but across the world, it only makes sense that Netflix might have jumped on the opportunity of having the show on their platform. According to a report in Whats on Netflix, on April 23, 2020, The Pokémon Company International announced that streaming giant, Netflix has secured the U.S. rights to air future seasons, starting with Pokémon Journeys.
Pokemon Journeys Part 6 On Netflix Us Is Pokemon Master Journeys Part 2
Note: This news story will be updated once the details about Pokemon 2021 are confirmed.
Although we know that Season 24 is called Pokemon Master Journeys, the question is whether Netflixs Pokemon Journeys is just continuing on with the Pokemon Master Journeys name change or will Pokemon 2021 restart the episode count with Pokemon Season 24 as part of Generation 8.
Just like the anime TV series has done in the past, the title for Pokemon Journeys 2021 was extended to include the new focus for the year. For example, the three seasons of Generation 7, Pokemon: Sun and Moon, were extended with the subtitles Ultra Adventures and Ultra Legends.
Netflix will not be giving up exclusive rights to international streaming for such a popular brand name. Assuming Part 6 continues Season 24, that means Netflixs Pokemon Master Journeys Part 2 will be the sequel.
More Pokemon Master Journeys episodes will release on Netflix approximately every three months for the duration of the season according to the official website. A press release words it differently, stating that the initial release of 12 episodes followed by quarterly releases on Netflix for the duration of the season.
