Continue your adventure with that Egg in your party to hatch it, and youâll get a Phione.
It takes approximately 10 hours of play time before you are able to reach the Pokémon Nursery in Solaceon Town.

When you want to battle other trainers, you will simply have to enter the Union Room. This can be entered by firstly beating Roark and heading to the basement of any Pokemon Center. After you have done this, you can now also press Y on the Nintendo Switch while exploring the world at any time and navigate the trainer menu to find the Union Room options where you can enter either the local or global Union Room and begin joining battles again.
The local Union Room will allow you to interact with players who are actually around you in real life and have decided to enter the local Union Room the same as you to trade or battle, and the Global Union Room on the other hand will allow you to battle and trade with other players online. Speak to the people behind the counter and you can enter the global room either yourself, with your group, or also with a link code. Using a link code will be useful if you just want to battle or trade with your chosen partners.
It should be noted that you will need Nintendo Switch Online to ultimately play online.

Playing Online In The Grand Underground
The Grand Underground is an area where you will be able to go spelunking and exploring with your trainer through the depths of cave systems and encounter all sorts of Pokemon within. This area can be ventured in together and before teaming up you will first have to unlock the Grand Underground before starting to play within it. This can be done .
After you have unlocked the area, you will be able to play together with your chosen partners online and explore together, play Secret Base minigames, and even dig for fossils together while exploring. These features can once again be experienced locally or online with other players. You can join up with players by selecting how you want to play online through using the explorers kit which is needed to enter the Grand Underground in the first instance.

Groups are used mostly for local online play between players on the same network. Inside of groups, players can battle, trade, and even compare stats and Pokemon. In order to create or join a group, players just need to have a chat with the unnamed NPC just north of the fountain in front of Jubilife TV. This NPC will allow players to create a new group, delete or leave a current group, or join a group with any player that they have Mixed Records with.
Mixing Records and then getting into a group with other players syncs certain events in the games with everyone else in the group. These events are:
- Pokemon popping up in Great Marsh
- Battle Tower trainers
- The players that show up on TVs
How To Transfer With Pokmon Home
Pokémon HOME is a special service that works with Nintendo Switch Pokémon games so players can transfer their catches to and from various Switch games. However, it currently doesn’t work with Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. The Pokémon Company has already stated that compatibility will be added sometime in 2022, but no exact date has been given yet.

Using Capsule Decoration, you can place Stickers to customize the effects that appear when your Pokémon comes out of its Poké Ball for battles or Super Contest Shows. With over 90 different Stickers, you can customize your Ball Capsules with effects like fluttering flower petals or raging flames.
You can buy Stickers in shops, but you can also get them in other ways, such as by defeating Gym Leaders or completing successful Super Contest Shows.
You can place up to 20 Stickers on a Ball Capsule, so itâs possible to customize the Ball Capsule with some really varied combinations.
