Pokemon Go Server Status When Not Working
Pokemon Go is the brand new game that has just launched on iOS and Android, allowing users to use their camera to capture Pokemon virtually around your location and interact with other players nearby.
It has proved to be an instant success, although we can see that there has been some initial problems with Pokemon Go servers down and not working at several times of the day.
More specifically, we are getting a lot of feedback from players who say that their Pokemon Go Trainer Club is down as well, with the login not working.
For a brand new Pokemon game though with the global scale that it has, this is to be expected sometimes. As a result, you can use this page and our comments section to check the Pokemon Go status and find out if the game is not working in your region.

Missing Nearby And Sightings / False Speed Lock
Pokémon Go, for a long time now, as been experiencing a bug where Nearby and Sightings are black even when going well under the 30 KMPH speed limit. You’ll be walking around, playing, and suddenly the radar will go blank and spawns will stop happening or disappear. It’s maddening to say the least.
Some people claim to have had success restoring it by opening and closing the Journal or by killing and relaunching the Pokémon Go app entirely. These might just be time killers, though, since Nearby and Sightings typically return after a few moments when the false speed lock-out stops.
Again, maddening. This is one Pokémon Go needs to fix and asap.
I Keep Seeing The Spinning Pokemon Ball
If you keep seeing a spinning symbol in the top left of your screen, that means that your phone is trying to connect to the Pokemon Go servers. The demand on the servers due to the game’s popularity can be really high following updates, and server connection issues account for most of the problems with Pokemon Go, although has now mostly been resolved.
You can either wait – sometimes it will only be a few seconds – and then start playing again. Or you might find the app becomes unresponsive and it crashes, as above in point 1, so restart the app again.

You Are Going Too Fast Error Message
Pokémon GO detects how fast you are moving. This feature allows it to lock the game down when youre riding in a car or biking, saving you on wasted battery and data. Its also so you cant hatch an unlimited amount of eggs while you drive. If you have the Going Too Fast error message, its because of this. You can override this feature with the Im a Passenger button underneath the error message. Only do so if you really are a passenger. Seriously, your life isnt as important as an invisible monster, even if its a 100% IV. Be smart, dont play and drive.
Pokemon Go Is Killing My Battery
Pokemon Go uses your phone to the max. It wants the screen on, data connected and regular GPS points, as well as the AR view through the camera. If you’re walking around for an hour with the screen on, that will kill the battery. It’s part of the game, and part of having a smartphone, so it’s completely normal.
You can try reducing the brightness, closing other apps that might be running in the background, or the safest bet, is to get a battery case or to recharge your device so you can keep playing. There is a battery saver mode, however, and that’s well worth using.

Pokemon Go Says Gps Signal Not Found
GPS is needed to tell the Pokemon Go app where you are. It tracks your movement for hatching eggs as well as keeping you in the right place on the map.
If you see a signal that says “GPS signal not found” all the time, check that your phone has “location” switched on. On some phones you can switch this off manually and that will stop you playing the game. Location is also drawn from your data connection, so you’ll need to be connected to a network.

How To Fix Pokstops Not Spinning Or Try Again Later Error
There’s a speed limit imposed by Pokémon Go: If you’re traveling more than 30 KM an hour you’re locked out of PokéStops. It’s designed to prevent people from playing while in a car.
So, if you’re in a car or bus and you get a “Try again later” error when spinning a Stop, you need to slow down and try again. You can tell you’re going slowly enough when you see Pokémon in your Sightings. The same lock that prevents Stops from spinning also prevents Sightings from working at speed.
There’s also a bug where a PokéStop spins but doesn’t change color from Blue to Purple, so you think it hasn’t spun. If you attempt to re-sping, though, you’ll get the “Try again later” error.
Right now this bug is self-correcting and, if you wait a few seconds, you’ll see the proper change take place. If not, or you want to force it, you can kill Pokémon Go and restart.
Issue 4 Niantic’s Servers Issues
If you have confirmed the above, it is not the reason why you cannot log in to your account, then it is most likely a problem with the Niantic server. No game is perfect, maybe the game’s server is undergoing some erroneous repair work, which makes the account unable to log in, and system bugs are inevitable, which is also a very common situation.

Pokmon Go Freezes When I Try To Catch A Pokmon
There’s little more frustrating then trying to catch a Pokémon you’ve been after for a long time, only for the Pokémon Go app to freeze and crash. It can also happen when you’re in the middle of a battle.
If the app becomes unresponsive, and you can’t open up any menus or the Pokéball you’ve thrown stops spinning, then first see if you can get it to work again by turning your data connection off and on again. You can do this by switching on Airplane mode on.
If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to restart Pokémon Go. Make sure the app is closed completely, then turn on Airplane mode on your device to switch off the internet connection.
Now restart the app, and wait until you see a message that says there’s no internet connection.
Now switch off airplane mode and your internet and WiFi connection will turn back on. When the Pokémon Go app loads up you should see the Pokémon you were trying to catch safely stored in your Poké bag.

Gps Signal Not Found In Pokmon Go
Sometimes you are able to open Pokémon Go normally, but unable to do anything in the app due to the dreaded GPS Signal Not Found message. You may still be able to play the game, but you will experience frequent errors when trying to spin Pokéstops or interact with gyms.
While it could be the case that your device simply isnt able to connect to GPS due to connectivity issues, if the issue persists it could be an issue with app permissions. The location permission must be enabled for the game to work properly.

Items I Buy In Pokmon Go Disappear
While playing Pokémon Go you earn PokéCoins, the in-game currency that you can spend on premium items. You can also use real-world currency to buy PokéCoins, which makes it very frustrating when you sometimes find that items and PokéCoins that you’ve bought have disappeared.
If that happens, sign out of your account in Pokémon Go by tapping on the Pokéball icon at the bottom of the screen, then the Settings icon and select ‘Sign Out’.
Close the Pokémon Go app, then reload it and sign back in. The missing items or PokéCoins should now be present. If they aren’t you’ll need to restart your phone.
