How To Catch Dratini
As with some of the other rarePokémon spawns weve shown you how to findlike starter Pokémon Bulbasaurand Charmander, those looking to get their hands on a Dratini will have a bit of work to do. Unlike some of the other rare spawns weve shown you, though, Dratini can only be found in one particular place on the map, which means you wont have any backup plans, so make sure you bring along some extra Lures to increase your chances of getting the Pokémon to spawn without much trouble.
To catch yourself a Dratini, grab your party and head over to Route 10, near the Power Plant where you can find Zapdos. It should be noted, though, that Dratini will only spawn in the water, which means youll need to make use of the Sea Skim Secret Technique, which will allow you to travel on the water. Youll also want to make use of the new Catch Combos in Pokémon: Lets Go.
Basically, by catching the same Pokémon over and over, youll increase your Catch Combo, which will increase the chances of you spotting rarer Pokémon like Dratini. You can easily farm up your Catch Combo in the grassy areas near the water path on Route 10. If you want to increase your chances of spotting a Dratini, then make sure you get at least a Catch Combo of 10 or more to increase the chances of Dratini appearing while youre traveling the watery path around Route 10.

Dratini is a Pokemon that looks like a snake, and is a Dragon-type Pokemon. These types of Pokemon like to spend time around water bodies. It is advisable for the players to check out water bodies in their area to find a Dratini nest in Pokemon Go. The players should also keep in mind that nests usually spawn near populated locations such as Pokestops and Gyms, so the players should check these locations out first.

Where To Find Dratini Location In Pokemon Lets Go
The Pokemon Lets Go Dratini location obviously isnt the Celadon Game Corner, but where is it? Well, it seems that players can actually encounter Dratini in the wild, but only in a single location: Route 10.
Route 10 is located to the east of Cerulean City. After learning the Chop Down technique and defeating Lt. Surge in Vermilion City, the player will need to go to Route 10 in order to access the Rock Tunnel. The Rock Tunnel is the infamous Kantonian area that links Route 10 to the tiny route above Lavender Town, which is the next area players need to go in order for the story to progress.
However, you cant catch Dratini just yet. Later in the game, around the time youre going for your fifth Gym badge, youll be in Fuchsia City. To the north is the GO Park, which is where you can import Pokemon from Pokemon Gointo Pokemon Lets Go. However, to the west of the GO Park is a trainer with his beloved Lapras.
Dratini evolves into Dragonair at Level 30, which evolves into Dragonite at Level 55. Catch a Dratini early in the game and you might just have the latter in time for your first Elite Four run!

Due to its popularity, you can often meet Dragonite in the training gyms and fight with him. To counter him, you need to use ice, rock, dragon, and fairy-type attacks. Therefore, when engaging in fights with this legendary Pokemon, we recommend using the following Pokemon:
- Mamoswine: Powder Snow, Avalanche.
- GalarianDarmanitan: Ice Fang, Avalanche.
- Glaceon: Frost Breath, Avalanche.
How To Get Porygon
Based on the observations of players, Porygon has been frequently seen hatching from 5km eggs, though youre likely to find him hatching from 10km eggs remember, the greater distance you have to travel to hatch an egg, the more likely youre going to get rares or better! How To Get Dragonair
Dragonair is most commonly found near bodies of water. Likewise, you can also find Dratini near these water sources , and you can evolve him into Dragonair if youve got 25 units of Dratini Candy. So if youre heading off to the lake or the beach, or live near a body of water, you may want to head out in the daytime to catch Dragonair, or start out by catching Dratini. You can also hatch both these Pokémon from 5km or 10km eggs.

Though one of the rarest and most coveted Pokemon, Dragonite can actually be found and captured in the wild in Pokemon GO. While there doesnt seem to be any hard rules on how to track one down, heres the where we found ours.
We ran into a Dragonite in Santa Monica, California, a city location near the water. Notably, this is a popular place to find Dratini and a variety of Water-type Pokemon. You can see Dragonite below, just chilling in a residential intersection, where six cars full of trainers soon frantically parked.
Dragonites CP was off the charts and with its red catch ring, proved extremely difficult to catch. Even with the help of Razz Berries, it broke out of nearly every ball and was prone to fleeing after failed throws.
