Pancham is one of the Fighting-type Pokemon with stats of 145 attack, a defence of 107, stamina of 167 and a max CP of 1683 in Pokemon Go. The first time it was introduced was in Generation 6 in the Kalos region. This Pokemon is weak against Fairy, Flying and Psychic-type moves and its attacks get boosted by Cloudy weather. Pancham’s best moves are Low Kick and Body Slam . Currently, there are 2 Pokémon in the Pancham family and it evolves into Pangoro and this will cost 50 Candy in total. Pancham can now hatch from Strange Eggs, as well. Unlike other Eggs, you won’t get these from spinning Pokestops. Strange Eggs are exclusively rewarded for besting Arlo, Cliff, and Sierra, Giovanni’s lieutenants of Team GO Rocket.
How To Catch Pancham
In order to get more Pancham Candy, youre going to need to catch Pancham, walk with Pancham as your buddy, or use Rare Candy. Pancham will be appearing in one-star raids until May 17, at 8 p.m. local time, and can be hatched from Strange Eggs the 12 km eggs earned by defeating Team Go Rocket leaders Arlo, Cliff, and Sierra after May 17.

Pancham was released into Pokémon Go after players worldwide managed to complete the Global Challenge of catching 500 million fairy-type Pokémon during the Luminous Legends X event.
Pancham can evolve into Pangoro through the use of 50 Pancham Candy and catching 32 dark-type Pokémon. This evolution method is a reference to how, in the main-line games, Pancham is evolved by reaching Level 32 and having at least one dark-type Pokémon in your team.

If you dont have any luck with the Raid Battles, fear not. There will soon be another way to catch Pancham in Pokemon Go.
During Part One of the upcoming Luminous Legends Y event, players will be able to hatch Pancham from Strange Eggs. Youll be able to catch Pancham in this way from 18th May at 10am until 24th May at 8pm.
Strange Eggs can only be picked up by defeating a Team Rocket leader or Giovanni, so youll need to get involved in some Rocket battles if you want to pick up a Pancham egg during this event.

Here’s how to evolve Pancham in Pokémon GO
Pancham has arrived in Pokémon GO with a bang, and the cutest panda in all of Kalos is intent on fighting anyone who so much as attempts to coddle its adorable little cheeks. Despite its moniker as the playful Pokémon, Pancham is as scrappy as they come, and can pack a mean punch with its tiny fists.
Pancham is the latest Generation 6 Pokémon to be added to Pokémon GO, in a wave of additions that coincide with the Luminous Legends X and Luminous Legends Y events. But, unlike Goomy or Swirlix, you wont be able to find Pancham roaming around the world youll have to jump through some hoops in order to add the pint-sized panda to your Pokédex.
Whats more, its a pain to evolve as well. This stems from the main series games, where you had to train Pancham up to level 32 with a Dark-type also in your party. Pokemon Go: How To Evolve Pancham Into Pangoro
Watch out for Dark-type Pokemon.
When it comes to evolving Pokemon in Pokemon Go, most pocket monsters can be evolved by simply collecting the required number of Pokemon Candy. However, there are a few Pokemon that have unique evolutionary requirements. For instance, you can only evolve Spritzee into Aromatisse after activating an Incense while Spritzee is your Buddy Pokemon.
Another one of these unique Pokemon is Pancham, a Fighting-type Pokemon from the sixth generation of the Pokemon universe.
As Joe Merrick, webmaster at Serebii, pointed out on , Pancham can only be evolved into Pangoro after youve captured 32 Dark-type Pokemon while Pancham is your Buddy.
Typically, Dark-type Pokemon arent very common in Pokemon Go, but at the time of this writing, the Luminous Legends Y event is taking place in the mobile game, which is causing more Dark-type Pokemon than normal to appear in the wild. If you want to add Pangoro to your collection, make sure to make Pancham your Buddy before you start catching these Dark-type pocket monsters!
As you catch Dark-type Pokemon, you can check on your progress by viewing Panchams screen in your Pokemon collection. Under the evolve button, youll see the text Adventure together to evolve. When you tap the down arrow to the left of this text, youll see a counter that will show how many Dark-type Pokemon youve captured until you hit the requirement of 32.
How To Evolve Pancham Into Pangoro
The process to evolve Pancham is a bit more complex than most other Pokemon in the game. First, Pancham will have to be made into the player’s walking buddy. Then, the player will have to catch 32 Dark type Pokemon any caught while Pancham isn’t a walking buddy won’t count but catching them all in a row is not required. More Dark types appear at night so it’s best to hunt then if possible.
Once players have managed to catch all of their new Dark-type friends, they will still need 50 Pancham candies to evolve it. Players should make sure they pick the perfect Pancham if they can as the process can take quite some time to go through for a sub-par Pokemon.

Everything We Know About Pancham: The Hardest Pokemon To Evolve In Pokemon Go
Niantic recently released a Fighting-type Pokemon, Pancham, in one-star raids. Pancham has been made available following the completion of the Global Challenge that required trainers to catch 500 million Fairy-type Pokemon.

Can Pancham Be Shiny In Pokmon Go
As the character has just been added to the game, there is no Shiny Pancham yet in Pokémon GO. Expect to see this change eventually, but often it can be years before a new species gets its shiny version added to the game. So while a Community Day would be nice, it might be 2023 before we all see it.

Pangoro Best Moveset In Pokmon Go
Pangoros best moveset is up for debate, as it is somewhat of a glass cannon option in PvP, and offers little in most raid situations. However, Snarl is your go-to fast move for a fast-charging STAB attack.
Things change when it comes to charged moves, as all four of Pangoros attacks are good options. Wed recommend taking Night Slash for sure, as it again receives the Same Type Attack Bonus, and has a decent chance of boosting your attack. We all know how Obstagoon abuses it so watch out.
The second move slot can either go to a hard-hitting STAB Close Combat, which lowers Pangoros defences but takes a chunk of your opponents health, but we would suggest opting for Rock Slide as a coverage move to surprise anyone switching in a Flying-type attacker. Iron Head works the same for Fairy-types, but a couple of 2.56x super effective Charms could take you out before you get a chance to retaliate.
Can You Catch A Shiny Pancham In Pokemon Go
As far as we can tell, there is no way to catch a shiny Pancham in Pokemon Go at the moment. This is often the case when a new Pokemon is added, so its not exactly a cause for concern. Wed expect a shiny version of Pancham to arrive at some point in the future, and well be sure to let you know if/when that is announced.

How To Hatch Eggs Quickly
With it being difficult to be sure if a Strange Egg will even hatch into a Pancham in the end, players will want to make sure they optimize the egg hatching experience especially with the long 12km walking distance required. Fortunately, there are many potential ways to decrease the time it takes to hatch them.

Players should consider purchasing a Super Incubator to decrease the walking distance by half only 6km! While they cost 200 PokeCoins to purchase, they can sometimes be gotten at a discount through special boxes in the store. It’s also important to walk at an optimal speed as players have reported that about 6.5 mph is the best for the app to record maximum distance.
Where To Find Pancham
For this first initial offering of Pancham in Pokémon GO players will find him in raid battles at nearby gyms. Unless Niantic decides to surprise everyone and change things up from May 11th to the 17th players will only be able to catch Pancham by defeating him in raid battles and catching with Premier Balls. Be sure to work with local players or global friends to coordinate invites to remote raids if you need it, otherwise youll be reliant on what raids spawn near you.
However, things will definitely change on May 18th at 10am when Pancham might or might not stop appearing in raids. What will definitely happen is he will shift to being available in strange eggs which are the 12km eggs you receive when you win a battle with a Team GO Rocket leader. If you havent caught enough Pancham to evolve him into Pangoro by then youll want to grab some incubators. One last question, before we go though.
