Is There Any Other Way To Get Milotic
Milotic can technically be caught in the wild, but it takes very specific conditions. On the Lake of Outrage and South Lake Miloch, Milotic will appear as a strong Pokémon whenever it’s foggy out. If you see fog in either of these locations, get on your Rotom Bike, and you should be able to find one. Milotic also can very rarely spawn for Max Raid Battles.
It’s best not to bank on either of these though if you have a friend you can trade with, but if you see a Milotic out there, it’s good to get it while you can.

Best moveset: Waterfall / Surf
Milotic has been literally blessed with having access to Waterfall and Surf. Surf is a two bar high DPS move that works better than Hydro Pump in most scenarios, as it provides a consistent damage output, especially in combination with Waterfall. That is, if you decide to build Milotic as a Water type, not as a dragon type killer that it should be. Wait, what?

Where To Catch Feebas
Feebas can be found on Route 2, which trainers will pass early in-game. However, the island where Feebas can be fished is located in the middle of the lake, and trainers need to upgrade their bike on Route 9 to cross water before they can reach it. Once there, find a fishing spot which is a black circle with bubbles inside and press A to start fishing. Note that Feebas has a 1-percent chance to be encountered and will range from Level 37-40. Trainers should be prepared to fish for a while and bring an appropriate-level Pokemon, such as their starter Pokemon, once they reel in Feebas.
How To Evolve Feebas Into Milotic
To evolve Feebas you need a specific item, the Prism Scale. I explain later on where to find the Prism Scale in Sword and Shield, so skip there when youre ready. Once you have it, you need to have Feebas hold the item and then, unfortunately you have to trade it to someone else. The best way to manage this is to find someone else who has their own Feebas they want to evolve. Then just trade between yourselves, and either keep them or trade them back to their original owners. So nows the other tricky part of where to find the Prism Scale.

Tips On How To Use The Lucario Attack Build Effectively
With this build, a strong offense is the best defense, and players should use their power to back up allies in confrontations across the map. Just keep in mind that no pokemon can be a team by themselves, regardless of how proud they are of their power. Running into multiple enemies attempting to win an uphill battle will more often than not result in unwise players feeding the enemy team easy knockouts for extra Exp.
However, with that said, an Attack-oriented Lucario build can be very dangerous if assembled correctly thanks to a couple of mighty moves. Firstly, theres Close Combat, which, while rather dull in the secondary effects department , is a great attacking move that has a decent area of effect in front of Lucario that unleashes multiple hits. Thanks to its simplicity, it is especially easy to implement in combat, with the best method of making the most out of Close Combat being to use it as often as possible.
