Pokemon Go Is Getting Its Own Pokemon Tcg Expansion
The set is slated to launch this summer.
A new Pokemon TCG expansion themed after Pokemon Go is coming in summer 2022.
The Pokemon Trading Card Game is launching a new expansion later this year inspired by the series hit mobile game, Pokemon Go.
The expansion is slated to go on sale this summer and will feature brand-new cards themed after the mobile game. No other details have been announced yet beyond that, but you can check out a sample of the packaging below.

Last year, Pokemon Gos Professor Willow received his own Pokemon TCG card, marking the first time the mobile game was represented in the long-running trading card game.
In other Pokemon news, Pokemon Go is currently holding a Lunar New Year celebration until Feb. 7. As part of the event, players have their first chance to catch a shiny Litleo in the game.

Pokmon Tcg: Pokmon Go Set Announced For Summer 2022
These are not Fake Pokemon GO Pokemon Cards!
Pokémon has teased a new collaborative set with the Pokémon GO mobile game named Pokémon TCG: Pokémon GO.
This Pokemon GO set is from what we can tell, the rumoured Summer Mini set we covered recently. It’s a collaborative set with the popular mobile game Pokémon GO. The English version will release in ‘Summer 2022’ as a placeholder date.
This set is confirmed to be S10b Sword & Shield Enhanced Expansion Pack Pokémon GO in Japan.
Some details on the booster pack art: Blissey is on top of a gym. Gyarados matches the original load screen.
There are also teasers video down below. Niantic revealed the English version on their site but without details, only the booster pack artwork and Summer 2022. Japan did reveal this set with slightly more set details .
This is part of their collaboration which started in 2021, when they were giving out the Professor’s Research Professor Willow promo during the 25th Anniversary of Pokemon. This set has also been teased for: Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan/Hong Kong, which also release on June 17.
Lastly, this set may be for the English version, the rumoured SWSH 10.5 Special Set that is set for release in Summer 2022. Maybe a simultaneous global release could be happening on June 17.
There is little revealed yet so stay tuned for more information.

Pokmon Brilliant Diamond And Pokmon Shining Pearl
An item called Oaks Letter will be distributed in the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl games starting today, February 27, 2022. Trainers can receive Oaks Letter by choosing Get via Internet from the Mystery Gift menu in the game. Once a Trainer receives Oaks Letter, they can talk to Professor Oak on Route 224. He will then ask for their cooperation regarding a stone tablet like one found in the Kanto region. As the Trainer assists Professor Oak, the Mythical Pokémon Shaymin will appear. Trainers can follow it and try to add it to their team. Shaymin is the Gratitude Pokémon and is able to change into its Sky Forme using the Gracidea item.

When Is The Pokemon Go Tcg Set Coming Out
The Pokemon Go x Pokemon Trading Card Game set will be released on
An official statement, taken from the blog, reads: Trainers. This summer, a collaboration between the Pokémon Trading Card Game and Pokémon GO will be released!
The Pokémon TCG: Pokémon GO expansion will feature cards themed after the popular mobile game. You can get an early look at the expansions package design. More details will be released soon.
There will be six cards per pack, as shown in the image above, but of course, collectors will know that this is the norm.
In a blog post on March 10, The Pokemon Company gave us a sneak peek at the first product that will be made available.

A pair of Gold Star Pokémon cards from one of the most valuable Pokémon sets of all time

Gold Star Pokémon cards are among the most valuable sets of Pokémon cards in existence and command an incredibly high value as a result. The cards are named after the gold star that appears next to the Pokémons name at the top of the card, which signifies that the card features alternative-colour artwork different from the common version. Only 27 Gold Star cards were released from 2004 to 2007, making them some of the rarest Pokémon cards available.
While all of the Gold Star Pokémon cards are rare, only appearing once in approximately every 88 booster packs for certain Pokémon TCG expansions, the very rarest are the Eeveelutions – the many evolutions into which basic Gen 1 Pokémon Eevee can evolve. And the rarest of the rarest are the original Japanese-language versions of the cards offered to members of the Pokémon Players Club, who could spend points earned by participating in official organised play and tournaments to obtain exclusive cards.
While Eeveelutions Flareon, Jolteon and Vaporeon could be acquired in the EX Power Keepers set released in 2007 via the Pokémon online store, their psychic and dark elemental siblings Espeon and Umbreon could only be picked up by players who collected enough Pokémon Players Club points. The Espeon 025/PLAY card required 40,000 EXP points earned, while Umbreon 026/PLAY was even most pricey at 70,000 points.

How many Pokémon cards are in the pack?

All in all, Battle Styles feature plenty of interesting and powerful Pokemon cards, including some strong Trainers. However, if youre a fan of the early Pokemon generations, youd be better off buying another booster box, as this one doesnt contain the most iconic Pokemons from the early years.

New Pokmon Trading Card Set Will Feature More Than 100 Shiny Pokmon

The Pokémon Company has detailed the latest trading card expansion which is planned to hit stores early next year, and this one will go down a treat with fans of Shiny Pokémon.
The new expansion is called Shining Fates and will launch on 19th February 2021. It’s been inspired by last year’s popular Hidden Fates set and will feature more than 100 Shiny Pokémon on etched cards, including nine Shiny Pokémon V and seven Shiny Pokémon VMAX like the fan-favourite Shiny Charizard in its Gigantamax form.
The set will also include three more Amazing Pokémon, each featuring a Legendary or Mythical Pokémon illustrated with “vividly rainbow backgrounds that extend outside of the frame.” Plenty of products will be available, as detailed below:

The Pokemon card craze has been something that is taking the world by storm. While not as popular as it was during 2020 and 2021, the TCG is still doing well. That said, Pokemon are continuing to push out more and more sets or expansions of their uber-popular card game. The next expansion to be released has already been confirmed to be connected with Pokemon GO which begs the question, what is the Pokemon TCG Pokemon GO release date?
This set will be the third set for 2022. It comes after a flurry of sets near the end of 2021. For that reason, there may be some hype surrounding this one. It will likely continue a new mechanic and card in VStar. The Pokemon getting these VStar forms have been revealed to be Mewtwo and Dragonite. With Mewtwo being on the ETB this makes a lot of sense. Also Dragonite has certainly not been shown the love in quite some time which makes this a good card to get.
Also since this set was only just released the actual card list has not been fully released. Considering how the Sword and Shield sets have gone through, one would expect to see the three starters from PLA and their evolutions. Outside of that though, there really is not much else that is known about this set.

The Black & White Plasma Freeze set essentially takes after a similar style to classic sets like Gym Heroes, with the main twist being that many Pokemon introduced are owned by villainous members of Team Plasma. Its unlikely youve heard of Super Secret Battle No. 1 Trainer, and extremely unlikely youve ever seen a copy in person. When it comes to rare Pokémon cards, there are very few cards rarer than this.
No. 1 Trainer is a holographic promotional card awarded to finalists in the Secret Super Battle tournament held in Tokyo, Japan in 1999. To earn a place in the competitions finals, which were held in a secret location, players had to first win a regional tournament. Their prize was the No. 1 Trainer card, which granted them access to the finals.
The cards text translates to: The Pokémon Card Game Official Tournament’s champion is recognised here, and this honour is praised. By presenting this card, you may gain preferential entry into the Secret Super Battle. The card features the Japanese logo for the Pocket Monsters Trading Card Game, along with artwork of original generation Pokémon Mewtwo by illustrator Hideki Kazama.
