According to a recent Pokémon Go leak posted by the PokeMiners Twitter account, the game’s next update contains files for Hisuian Voltorb.

Hisuian Pokémon are coming to Pokémon GO, according to recent leaks. New titles in the Pokémon franchise are often accompanied by updates to Pokémon GO, adding events, research tasks, and new Pokémon to the game. With another release in the Pokémon franchise around the corner it makes sense that Pokemon GO will soon add content connected to the new game. Pokémon GO stays exciting by regularly adding new content and staying abreast of developments in the world of Pokémon, so loyal fans of the game can always look forward to updates accompanying releases of new Pokémon games.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is scheduled to be released in just over a week on January 28th and Pokémon fans are excited to begin exploring the new region of Hisui as they embark on their search for the legendary Arceus and catch Hisuian form Pokémon. The game has been teased prior to its release with Easter eggs in previous Pokémon titles including in the recently released Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Leaks have also already revealed all of the new Hisuian form Pokémon that are expected to be found in the game.

What Is The Next Pokemon Game To Release After Pokemon Legends: Arceus Answered

Gamefreak and The Pokemon Company are on a roll, releasing new mainline Pokemon titles left and right. Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were released towards the latter half of November, and as of writing this today, Pokemon Legends: Arceus is just about a month away until fans can get their hands on the game.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is a semi-open-world roleplaying game which takes place in Ancient Sinnoh, which was known as the Hisui Region. Players play as either Rei or Akari, the male and female player characters, respectively, during a time in the Pokemon world where taming Pokemon is still a new concept, and traditional Pokemon mechanics are thrown out of the window.

Are Pokemon’s Gen 9 Games Coming In 2022

The release date of Pokemon Legends: Arceus has fans buzzing about the potential release of a new generation of Pokemon games in 2022. Earlier today, The Pokemon Company announced that it would be releasing Pokemon Legends: Arceus on January 22nd, 2022. The announcement was a surprise for a few reasons, not only because the game is coming out just over two months after the release of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, but also because the games leave room for the release of a “main series” Pokemon game during its traditional release window in 2022. That has fans speculating whether The Pokemon Company will release its next generation of Pokemon games in 2022, which would add a new region and new Pokemon to the franchise.

The Pokemon fanbase unofficially labels Pokemon games by generation, which are always marked by a new Pokemon game set in a new region and featuring new Pokemon. We’re currently in the eighth generation of Pokemon games, which started with the launch of Pokemon Sword and Shield in 2019. Instead of receiving an “enhanced version” of Pokemon Sword and Shield, The Pokemon Company instead opted to release DLC for Pokemon Sword and Shield that nearly doubled the size of the game. The upcoming games Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and Pokemon Legends: Arceus are also both considered “Gen 8” games.

Remake X And Y Instead

What Console Will The Next Pokemon Game Release On? 3DS or ...

It would mean breaking the sequence of remaking the Pokémon games in order, but there are reasons why revisiting Pokémon XandY would make a lot of sense right now. It would make more sense, in fact, than jumping back to the Gold and Silver era.

This is because X and Y were set in Kalos, a region of the Pokémon world that was based on France. And since Sword and Shields Galar region is based on the UK, were only a Pokémon version of the Eurostar away from popping over to Kalos. Wouldnt it be cool to move between Galar and Kalos and connect up different generations of Pokémon games?

Pokemon Legends Arceus Release Date: The Future Of Pokemon Is Almost Here

Ready for a new era of Pokemon games?

Pokemon Legends Arceus might just be the Pokemon game we’ve been waiting for all these years. Game Freak is blending the open-world action-RPG gameplay of Breath of the Wild with Pokemon’s catching and battle mechanics to create a truly unique experience that could be groundbreaking for the series. If you’re wondering what date Pokemon Legends Arceus actually comes out, we’ve got everything you need to know.

Pokmon Legends Arceus Gameplay And Setting

Pokémon Legends Arceus returns players to the Sinnoh region, albeit in a time long before the events of any mainline Pokémon game. So old, in fact, that the region is being referred to as Hisui. The game evokes a historical Japanese setting, evident in its artwork, landscapes and character designs.

Pokémon Legends Arceus looks quite unlike any other effort weve seen so far in the series, and looks to expand on open-world elements found in Pokémon Sword and Shield. Those games featured a pretty scaled back open-world element, the Wild Area, which felt a little tacked on, like a separate entity to the rest of the game world.

In Pokémon Legends Arceus, it appears that the scope of the open world is greater than previous entries in the series. It won’t be Breath of the Wild open by any means but there will be multiple open areas to explore rather than just one. Trailers so far have introduced us to the hub town of Jubilife Village, as well as the Galaxy Expedition team, from where you’ll prepare for your expeditions. According to The Pokémon Company, “Jubilife Village will serve as the base for surveying missions. After receiving an assignment or a request and preparing for their next excursion, players will set out from the village to study one of the various open areas of the Hisui region.”

Kanto Trip: Pokmon: Let’s Go Pikachu

Will The Next Pokemon Games Be On The Nintendo NX?

This gorgeous game reimagines the Kanto region from the first Pokémon game and allows players to revisit the fun with upgraded graphics. Players start with a special Pikachu who follows them around and can wear fun clothes. Pokémon fights are mainly limited to trainer and gym battles. Most wild Pokémon are simply caught by throwing a Poké Ball. Players will need to trade with Let’s Go, Eevee players to catch all of the Pokémon in the game.

Pokmon: Where The Series Should Go After Sword & Shield’s Crown Tundra

The second half of Pokémon Sword & Shield’s Expansion Pass is almost here, and fans are curious about what’s next for the series.

With less than a month left until the release of Pokémon Sword and Shield‘s next expansion, The Crown Tundra, fans are wondering what’s next for the series. The Pokémon Company‘s upcoming New Pokémon Snap seems to be next in line, and other games like Detective Pikachu 2 and Pokémon Sleep have already been announced. However, these spin-offs are not necessarily what the audience is interested in. All eyes are cast in the direction of the next RPG entries in the series. While a new game in 2021 is likely, those hoping for Pokémon Generation IX likely have to wait a bit longer.

Pokmon Legends Arceus: Pokmon Confirmed So Far

Pokémon Legends: Arceus will task players with filling one of the region’s first Pokédexes so it’s natural to wonder which Pokémon we’re going to be chasing down in the game. There’s no comprehensive official list just yet but thanks to our friends at GamesRadar, we do have a list of the twenty Pokémon that appeared in the game’s announcement trailer as well as some more that have since been confirmed.

  • Pikachu
  • Hisuian Zoroark
  • Hisuian Voltorb

That’s quite a few so far. Given the game is set in the Sinnoh region, it’s not entirely surprising that there are a lot of Generation 4 Pokémon in that list and it seems reasonable to assume that their evolutionary forms will also probably be present in the game.

We expect that in the run-up to the game’s release, Nintendo and Game Freak will confirm more of the Pokémon that we can expect to see in Pokémon Legends: Arceus so we’ll keep updating this list as and when they’re revealed.

Pokmon Legends: Arceus Gets A New Six

Easily the most anticipated Switch game of January 2022 is Pokémon Legends: Arceus – it’s an entirely new take on the long-running monster taming series that sends players back to the past. It’s out on 28th January, and in the lead-up, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have been sharing more and more footage of the game.

The latest clip to be published is an introduction trailer. Although it’s in Japanese, it still gives trainers a good look at how the game will play – showcasing six minutes of the landscape, Pokémon, people and customisation on offer. There’s also plenty of footage of the battle mechanics and modes of transportation.

Once again, this is a Japanese trailer – but Nintendo should share an English video of the same footage in the near future. Click below to see the latest video:

New key art has also been shared. Here’s a look courtesy of Serebii.net:

Sinnoh Remakes And Let’s Go Johto

50 Possible Names For The Next Pokémon Game

The first theory is fairly inescapable online: Sinnoh remakes. Ever since Game Boy Advance’s Pokémon Fire Red and Leaf Green, each Nintendo handheld has gotten a full remake of a past Pokémon generation. The Nintendo DS got HeartGold and SoulSilver and the 3DS got Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, so naturally it’s time to revisit Diamond & Pearl. Considering this trend as well as the intense fan speculation and desire, Sinnoh remakes in 2021 seem like a safe bet.

At the same time, 2018’s Pokémon Lets Go Pikachu and Eevee have invited speculation about a potential Johto release that re-imagines Gold and Silver. With only one Let’s Go title, it’s unclear whether such a sequel will come to fruition. Considering that Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee clearly ran on a modified 3DS engine with heavy Pokémon Go integration, the games may have just been a stopgap to get Pokémon on the Switch prior to Sword and Shield. Still, with how creative and refreshing the Let’s Go titles were, Game Freak may want to recreate that nostalgia-driven, casual fun in the Johto region.

At this point, everything is speculative until an official announcement. However, with the high Pokémon sales figures and potent franchise excitement, it’s unlikely that the community will have to wait long to hear what’s coming next.

Pokemon Gold Silver Crystal Heartgold And Soul Silver

The Pokemon Company

That’s right! The second generation of Pokemon games, which were released as solely Gold and Silver in 1999, is number 1 on our list. These games elevated all the core aspects of the original Pokemon games. They also added some unique features to this generation that made the games the best of all time.

For starters, generation two is when Shiny Pokemon, rare Pokemon that offered a different color scheme as opposed to their standard form, were officially introduced into the series. These Shiny Pokemon have captivated the Pokemon realm in recent years, and a large part of the player base will dedicate their time to hunting them.

Next, generation two was also one of the only Pokemon games to feature TWO Regions. Yes, if you haven’t played these games, you get to experience the ravish Johto region and partake in a brand new Pokemon game. You head back to the setting of the original games and take on all the gym battles and Elite 4 of the Kanto region. We haven’t seen any other Pokemon games really experiment with this concept, which is another reason fans love generation two. The game is essentially two Pokemon games in one. And that’s tough to beat!

Generation two also has some of the coolest Legendary Pokemon. Ho-Oh and Luigia feature some of the deepest yet outstanding lore. This is consistent with the Legendary Dog Pokemon. The Rival in these games has motifs that are unlike others in previous Pokemon games and ones to follow.

Pokemon Leaks: Gen 9 Reportedly Coming Out In 2022

The Pokemon Company is undoubtedly going all out for the 25th Anniversary of Pokemon. This holiday season, Pokemon fans are getting three games, two of which are remakes and one brand new game. In fact, in the Pokemon TCG scene, weve also seen the release of three celebrity Pokemon cards. However, it looks like The Pokemon Company wont stop there as a Pokemon leak suggests the 9th generation is coming out in 2022.

Well-known Pokemon leak source Centro Leak that Gen 9 is coming in 2022 and it wont be a DLC.

Not DLC.

Centro LEAKS

Centro Leaks has a good track record when it comes to Pokemon leaks, but there is always the chance of a mistake, or even change in plans from the side of The Pokemon Company. Until an official announcement has been made, we should check our expectations. Neither Pokemon Legends Arceus and Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl have come out yet. It is still premature to come looking for a new game with quite a lot on the plate of the developers.

Regardless of the veracity of the leaks, fans are more than ready to leave the disastrous 8th generation of Pokemon behind. Whenever the ninth gen arrives, it will surely hype up fans of the series once again.

When Does Pokemon Legends Arceus Come Out

The next Pokemon title is due to release for Nintendo Switch as a console exclusive on and we can’t wait. The Hisui Region is yours for the taking as you set out on an adventure that will task you with completing the region’s first-ever Pokedex – it’s going to be a game that champions exploration and discovery, but battles are still going to be core to this experience.

However, it’s going to be a little different. The flow of battle is changing, for lack of a better phrase, and it’s going to be much more complex than the simple turn-based combat of older Pokemon games. If the stats are in your favour, you might find that you can make more than one move in a row!

Here’s a brief look at what’s coming, straight from Nintendo themselves…

” Your adventure takes place in the expansive natural majesty of the Hisui region, where you are tasked with studying Pokémon to complete the regions first Pokédex. Mount Coronet rises from the center, surrounded on all sides by areas with distinct environments. In this eralong before the events of the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl gamesyou can find newly discovered Pokémon like Wyrdeer, an evolution of Stantler, and new regional forms like Hisuian Growlithe, Hisuian Zorua, and Hisuian Zoroark! Along the way, uncover the mystery surrounding the Mythical Pokémon known as Arceus.”

Pokmon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl Switch Lite

When Will The Next Pokemon Game Come Out?

A brand new Switch Lite is being released with the new Switch games, featuring Dialga and Palkia in a stunning gold and black scheme. The design harks back to the classic Nintendo DS, and to be honest it looks pretty suave.

Pokemon Diamond And Pearl Remakes

Ever since the release of Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen in 2004, Game Freak, Nintendo, and The Pokemon Company have consistently remade each Pokemon generation for newer platforms. The latest set of remakes, not counting the Let’s Go games, were Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire on the 3DS in 2014. There’s been about five years between each of the Pokemon remakes, so Pokemon fans are technically overdue for Diamond and Pearl remakes.

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl marked the franchise’s debut on the Nintendo DS, and they launched with a number of improvements and innovations for the franchise. Some aspects of Diamond and Pearl may not have aged particularly well, but those issues could be ironed out in remakes. Out of all the possibilities listed here, it seems as though Diamond and Pearl remakes are the most likely possibilities, especially since Time Diamond and Space Pearl titles leaked alongside Pokemon Sword and Shield back in 2017.
