McDonalds got permission to make Pokemon Happy Meals with a special 4 card booster pack inside. People were buying so many Happy Meals, a lot of McDonalds had to limit the Happy Meals to one per person. Lucky for me, I only needed one for this review.

The American Girl doll line is much loved throughout the world with little girls loving getting these various dolls. In the early 2000s, McDonalds reached out to Madame Alexander in hopes of a doll line to challenge American Girl. Throwing in Disney just made it better with a selection of dolls based on classic Disney characters. From Mickey and Minnie to Cruella De Ville, Jasmine, Cinderella and more, this exquisite set was soon a huge hit. A single doll can go for $130 or more and showcase how teaming with two notable properties led to a successful McDonalds line.

If theres one story youd think would never become an animated Disney musical, it would be Victor Hugos dark tragedy. Demand For Mcdonalds Pokmon Cards Goes Through The Roof
McDonalds has tapped into one of the hottest trends in the U.S. right now: Trading cards.
The Chicago-based burger giant this week introduced a new Happy Meal toypacks of four Pokémon cards, including the popular character Pikachuto celebrate the 25th anniversary of the group of characters known for video games, television, movies and of course trading cards.
McDonalds cards were popular almost immediately. The cards have already found their way onto eBay in droves, with people selling entire cases of cards for over $1,000 in some cases or groups of 10 packs of cards for as much as $100.
Operators are fielding calls for 100 or 200 packs at a time, with potential buyers saying they didnt want any of the food that came along with the Happy Meals. Some franchisees have taken steps to address this demand, by selling groups of cards on their own. Yet the situation has resulted in concerns of shortagesall Happy Meal promotions are for a limited time, but the explosion in interest could drai supplies too quickly.
The company confirmed the demand and is working with its supply chain to distribute more cards to restaurants that are running low. It is also bringing in back-up toys if supplies run out.

Mcdonald’s Addresses Pokmon Happy Meal Shortages Encourages Purchase Limits
Following reports of Pokémon McDonald’s Happy Meals being sold out and customers reselling them on secondary markets, the company has released a statement acknowledging the shortages.
In a statement provided to Newsweek on Thursday, McDonald’s USA is ensuring fans that they are working to address the shortage of the Pokémon Happy Meals and its contents as well as encouraging restaurants to set “reasonable” limits on the number of Happy Meals sold per customer.
“We love seeing fans’ passion for our limited-time Happy Meal promotion celebrating 25 years of Pokémon. With such significant demand for our promotional Pokémon TCG cards, and some fans even going to extreme lengths to get them, we’re working quickly to address shortages and also strongly encouraging restaurants to set a reasonable limit on Happy Meals sold per customer. We want to offer the full Happy Meal experience to as many families as possible, and help ensure everyone is able to get in on the fun!” the statement reads.
McDonald’s confirmed to Newsweek that it is working with its supply chains to distribute an additional, controlled supply of Pokémon cards to restaurants that are running low. The company is also supplementing with back-up toys to help ensure no customers go without a Happy Meal toy.
McDonald’s policy is to not sell full cases of Happy Meal toys to customers.
