They have also been found in Best Buy, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Kohls, TJ Maxx, Five Below, Party City, Burlington, and Big Lots, as well as in smaller stores like Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Hot Topic, and Gamestop.
Additionally, the Reddit thread says that stores such as Barnes and Noble, Dollar General and Dollar Tree sell the cards.
While this isnt an official list and inventory will vary, these stores may be a good place to start your search. Many online stores and reselling sites also claim to be selling the cards.

How To Return Items To Walmart By Mail

It was tweeted yesterday by @OACCards that hed gone to Target and found there was a new policy in place for the return of trading cards.
As shown in the picture the policy basically is that trading and sports cards are not eligible for return, although it appears there is some wiggle room of you call the Guest Relations Hotline.
This is a welcome sight and likely will be rolled out to a store near you. Weve all seen or heard the horror stories of buying retail boxes or packs that looked to contain the newest products, but actually housed commons that were inserted by an unscrupulous buyer who returned said item. Heck, some of us have experienced it. I had this happen in 2012 when three blasters of Bowman baseball were opened and all Chrome cards were removed a discovery I learned the hard way. And it happened several times after that including last year when several Prism packs were found to contain run-of-the-mill base cards.
Whats interesting to note in all of this is that this policy thats gained some attention this week is actually something that used to exist 20 years ago when I worked at Target. In fact, you were not able to return any cards or collectible toys due in part to the volatile nature of the secondary market.

Either way, you can start the return process online at walmart.com/return. Alternatively, you can enter your order number at walmart.com/account/trackorder. In either case, youll be prompted to enter an email address.
Once inside your Walmart account, you can initiate a return from the prompts. If youre taking the item back to the store, remember to take your receipt or order number from your Walmart account with you.
To return an item you bought on Walmart.com by mail, youll have to print the Stores Return Receipt found under your order, which is listed on your account page. There is where youll also find a shipping label that you can print.
In preparing your item for return, make sure you include all the original accessories and packaging. You can then take it to either your local FedEx or post office. Walmart says your refund will be processed once the item is received.
