Battles in the Pokémon Go Battle League come in five Battle increments called Go Battle League Sets. The first of these Sets is free, but each Set after that has to be earned and/or purchased. How To Enter The Pokmon Go Battle League
The Pokémon Go Battle League has its own icon on the main menu screen now. Just click Battle, and you’re in. Normally, any player can enter and complete their first five Battles for free. After completing those first five Battles, however, Players are supposed to have to earn additional Battle Sets. Because of the global pandemic, Niantic has suspended walking requirements.
Field Research And Special Research
In addition to catching Pokemon, Pokemon Go has missions to complete called Research tasks. There are two main types of tasks: Field Research and Special Research.
Special Research stories involve completing tasks to help Professor Willow investigate mysterious Pokemon.
Field Research tasks are one-off challenges that are primarily distributed at PokeStops. Youll receive one random task when you spin a photo disc, and completing it will net you a reward, which can range from an item to a Pokemon encounter.

Look at the bright side. I’ve joined Instinct for this exact reason – no yellow gyms means more gyms to defeat. Most of my friends struggle because while the majority of the gyms are Valor, they’re always full.
Most of the gyms around me are always blue or yellow. I’m always happy when I can find a red gym just to drop a Pokemon in and be on my way but if I have the time I have plenty of gyms to defeat. And I will defeat them all because I know I’m not going to stay in any one long enough to get 50 coins. I’m going to need to stay in multiple gyms for a shorter time period to get the 50.
I recently took down my first gym, and it took a lot of my heals. I don’t know how to get any heals

Depends. Stuff like the Google Play Rewards app can get you Play Store credit that you can use to buy Pokecoins in exchange for doing a survey every so often for Google, there are some other “rewards for playing games/doing surveys” apps but those can be sketchy, but those would be the only ways you would be able to get a “free” team change.
Unless you’re under trainer level 10, which IIRC Niantic can change your team for you under the pretense that you picked the wrong one, though I dont know how effective this would be as it was something I heard in passing a few years ago before they added the Team Medallion, so it could still be viable. Who knows.
How To Change Appearance Of Your Trainer In Pokmon Go
As of Pokémon Gos July 31 update, players were able to edit the appearance of their Trainers for the first time after the games intro sequence perfect if you werent 100% happy with your choice of hat colour after all.
To change your appearance, go to your Trainer screen at the bottom left of the Map view the place where you can see your current XP level, Team choice and Medal progress and tap the icon in the bottom right corner to bring up some more options, then select Customise.
Youll be taken to the same customisation screen you were greeted with when you started Pokémon Go for the first time, with options to edit clothing, skin tone and gender. Once done, select the tick in the bottom right corner to confirm your changes, or back to return without making any edits.
