Starting on the left-hand side of Route 213, surf downwards into the rocky water area filled with trainers and make your way all the way to the right.

Walk over the wet island with the sailor, then go up past the potential double battle to grab the Pokeball from the island – it has a Water Stone inside.

Next, theres a hidden Water Stone on Route 230 that needs Rock Smash to acquire.

Half way through the water on Route 230 theres a big island. Climb the stairs and go over to the right-hand side of the grass. Theres a smashable rock at the top of the small staircase you can destroy.

Next, after youve defeated the Elite Four you can get another Dawn Stone from Route 225 next to the Survival Area. Use Rock Climb on the northern wall at the top of the route, and you can grab an item Pokeball after youve beaten the trainer guarding it.

How Many Shiny Stones Can You Get In Platinum

Evolutionary stones are quite peculiar items. Depending on which game youre playing, some stones are quite easily obtainable and in larger quantities , while others are unique or available in very limited quantities. This has caused players a lot of issues, since they could not complete their PokéDex without outside interventions, such as trades or cheat codes.

Now, the Shiny Stone is not a completely unique item but its also not something you can just find on every route in the games. In the titular PokémonPlatinum game, it can be found in three different locations: on Route 228, on Iron Island, and on Route 210. The latter is a Platinum-exclusive location, while the former two are also locations for the Diamond and Pearl games. All three locations are finite methods, which means that once you obtain a Shiny Stone there, you cannot obtain there anymore.
