Getting It From Professor Laventon

You can get the other two starters by completing the game. Simply go and talk to Professor Laventon after you complete the game and he will ask you to take the other Pokemon with you. So if you picked Cyndaquil as your Starter, he will give you Oshawott and Rowlet. Similarly, you will get the other starters based on the one you picked at the start of the game. This is a slow method, and not reliable if you plan to make your team with all the starters. But this is also a guaranteed way to get all the Hisuian starters.

Base Stat Total 320
Second Evolution Level 36

Granted, Rowlet may achieve its final form a little sooner, but Quilava should come in handy during the early stages of the game nonetheless. Cyndaquil’s final stage evolution Hisuian Typhlosion boasts a higher base stat total than either of its counterparts as well, though this does come at the cost of being a little weaker while in its earlier forms.

Rowlets unique dual-type set-up and strong base stats mean that they are capable of dealing with a variety of early threats and will almost always have a role in your party even into the late game. Pokemon Legends Arceus Starters And Their Evolutions

Rowlet is a Grass- and Flying-type Pokemon coming from the tropical Alola region. It is a cute round owl and Grass Quill Pokemon. It stores up energy during the day and becomes active at night. Rowlet evolves into Dartrix at level 17, and then into Decidueye at level 36.

In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Decidueye has a Hisuian variant that is Grass- and Fighting-type, as compared to the original Grass- and Ghost-type. This makes it a cool choice to play your game with.

Cyndaquil is the next starter, and it is a Fire-type mouse Pokemon hailing from the Johto region. It evolves into Quilava at level 17, and then into Typhlosion at level 36. Typhlosion also has a regional variant in Pokemon Legends: Arceus that is Fire- and Ghost-type while it is a pure Fire-type in other games.

Oshawott is the third starter in the game which is a Water-type Sea Otter Pokemon coming from the Unova region. It evolves into Dewott at level 17, and then into Samurott at level 36. Samurott also has a regional variant in the game which is a Water- and Dark-type while it is a pure Water-type in other games.

Pokmon Legends Arceus: Why Oshawott Is The Best Starter Pokmon

Introduced in Pokémon Black and White, Oshawott is a water-type Pokémon who acquires dark-type abilities once it has evolved into its final form, Hisuian Samurott.

Like some other water-type Pokémon, Oshawott is a generally solid pick who performs especially well in the early game due to an early influx of rock-type Pokémon enemies. While its true that Oshawotts evolutions are slightly weaker than its competition from a stats standpoint, its powerful water/dark skillset and various buff and debuff abilities often make it more powerful than it looks on paper. For whats it worth, Oshawotts two evolution forms are also some of the coolest in the game.

Its not incredibly difficult to find water-type Pokémon throughout Arceus, but Oshawott is still your best bet for that particular type when theyre especially valuable in the early game.
