You can power up Ambipom while itâs getting a little rest and relaxation on the Bench, or in a pinch, Ambipomâs Primate Dexterity Ability has a 50/50 chance of preventing all damage done to Ambipom by attacks. Then, Ambipom will be ready to get to work with Full Tilt Fling, flipping a coin for each attached Energy and doing 60 damage for each heads.
The Purpose Of This Memory Game:
The purpose of this memory game is to memorize the locations of the cards in the game and to make pairs of cards by turning them over 2 by 2. When the 2 cards match, it’s a pair! You win the pair and have the right to play again, otherwise the cards are automatically turned face down and you have to make a new try.
- For the “SOLO” mode, the purpose of the matching game is to find all the pairs in the least moves and in a shortest time.
- In the 2 players mode: the player who finds the most pairs wins.
Every time you start a new game, a random selection and a random positioning of the cards ensure you a different game than the previous one, so you can play as many times as you want!

The latest expansion for the Pokemon Trading Card Game is now available. The Pokemon Go expansion for the Pokemon TCG is inspired by the Pokemon Go mobile game, and it includes cards that feature artwork inspired by the game.

The first of two rare and valuable Pokémon cards called No. 1 Trainer on this list, this particular card was awarded to winners of the regional Battle Road Spring tournaments held in Japan during early 2002.
The regional tournaments were held as qualifiers for the Pokémon World Championships, with the small number of No. 1 Trainer cards produced for the few winners making them some of the rarest Pokémon cards in existence.
Adding to the cards rarity is the fact that each No. 1 Trainer card was customised with the name of the tournament winner printed onto the card, making each card one-of-a-kind. According to auction house Heritage Auctions, the personalised aspect of the cards also mean that they rarely appear at auction, making them an even rarer sight in the world of Pokémon cards.
The 2002 No. 1 Trainer card was illustrated by Ken Sugimori, best known as being one of the original artists and designers for Pokémons first generation of 151 Pokémon. The text on it reads: The Pokémon Card Game Official Tournament Battle Road Spring 2002 champion is recognised here, and his honour is praised. Sugimoris No. 1 Trainer artwork featuring fan-favourite Pokémon such as Pikachu, Chansey and Marrill is exclusive to the card, making it especially unique.

How Do Status Conditions Work In The Pokmon Tcg
As in the Pokémon video games, the Pokémon Trading Card Game has a number of special conditions that can be inflicted on Pokémon, giving their opponent an extra advantage in a battle.
The special conditions are Asleep, Burned, Confused, Paralyzed and Poisoned, and are indicated by turning the Pokémon card counterclockwise , upside-down or clockwise , or putting a special token on it . Multiple special conditions can affect the same Pokémon – in the case of effects indicated by turning the card, the most recent condition is the only one applied.
Asleep
If a Pokémon is asleep, it cant attack or retreat. The card is rotated 90 degrees counerclockwise to show its status condition. At the end of their turn, the player flips a coin – on a head, the Pokémon wakes up and is no longer asleep.
Paralyzed
When a Pokémon is paralyzed, it can’t attack or retreat on the player’s next turn. The card is rotated 90 degrees clockwise to show its status condition. At the end of the player’s next turn, paralyzed is automatically cured.
Burned
The Pokémon card receives a burned token to show its status condition. A burned Pokémon receives two damage counters at the end of each turn. After suffering this damage, the player flips a coin. On a heads, Burned is cured.
Confused
Poisoned
A poisoned Pokémon suffers one damage counter at the end of each turn.
Special conditions can also be cured by evolving a Pokémon or retreating it to the bench, which cures all special conditions.
