It will be much easier to evolve Eevee into Sylveon in Pokemon GO this weekend as the Eevee Community Day weekend will ease the evolution method for this Eeveelution. Between August 13-16, 2021, the heart requirement to evolve the character will be drastically reduced. As for the Eevees, they will only be more frequent during certain hours on August 14, 2021 and August 15, 2021.
Normally, the evolution method is to evolve Eevee into Sylveon into Pokemon GO requires you to earn hearts through Buddy interactions. You make an Eevee your buddy and do things like feed it, take a picture with it, fight it and visit new places together to win hearts. If you have a total of 70, you can evolve it. If you give the character that name and then choose to evolve it, it will essentially be forced to evolve into that character rather than a mysterious character. If you name an Eevee Kira, the status screen will show Sylveons silhouette and you can evolve it into that character. This trick works once.

Pokemon GO players have been anticipating Sylveon to debut for nearly two months, and that wait is finally coming to fruition. Sylveon is the last Eeveelution that many players will need to complete their Eeveelution collection, and the Fairy-type Pokemon is sure to make a mark in PVP battles.
When choosing a fast attack for Sylveon, the best choice is Charm by far. In Pokemon GO PVP battles, Charm is an incredibly strong fast attack that can tear through Dragon-types, and still damage neutral types a fair amount. Other options for Sylveon don’t cut it.
As for the Charge Attack, players should prioritize Dazzling Gleam. The second best Fairy-type option is Moonblast, but it’s simply not as effective as Dazzling Gleam, which works better for the energy per second spent.
If players have enough candy for a second Charge Attack, then Last Resort is a great selection. It’s a Normal-type move that can deal significant damage or burn shields. However, it may need an Elite Charge TM after the initial Sylveon debut.

Make Eevee Your Buddy & Earn 70 Hearts With It
If you need more than one Sylveons, you cant use the Name trick as it only works once. Fortunately, there is one more way to evolve your Eevee into a Sylveon in Pokemon Go with full surety. However, this method is a bit time-consuming. If you still wish to use it, you can follow the steps available below:
You will now see a Sylveon silhouette on the Eevees evolve button. This means that you have done everything perfectly. But, if you did anything incorrectly, you will see a question mark at the same place stating that your Eevee will evolve randomly.

What You Need To Know About Eevee In Pokmon Go
Eevee is a Normal-type Pokémon from the first generation. Its resistant to Ghost-type Pokémon, from which it receives only 39% of damage, and its at its strongest when it uses Quick Attack and Last Resort as its moves. However, avoid matching it against Fighting-type Pokémon, like Blaziken and Gallade, since its weak to this Pokémon type.
Eevee doesnt really have the most impressive stats in Pokémon Go. Its max CP is only at 1,210, and its Attack, Defense, and Stamina stats are only at 104, 114, and 146, respectively. That said, Eevee is a good Pokémon to have because of its many different evolution forms, which all boast much higher max CPs and combat stats.
Another great thing about Eevee is that its a common Pokémon in Pokémon GO, and since its a Normal-type, you can find it in almost any location. It isnt as common as Pokémon like Rattata and Zubat, which are practically everywhere, but it shouldnt be too hard to come across and capture one either.

With the arrival of the new Sinnoh Pokémon , Niantic has made three new Bait Modules available to players, including the Glacier and the Mossy. These two Modules will allow us to activate the evolution of Eevee to Glaceon and Leafeon, respectively .
To do this, we will need the 25 candies of rigor, and then, we will only have to go to a Poképarada and turn the photodisk .

Heres how Eevee evolutions work. If you choose to evolve Eevee without any meddling by feeding it 25 Eevee candy then itll turn to Vaporeon, Jolteon or Flareon at random.
However, players have discovered a trick that allows you to target any of Sylveon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Espeon, Umbreon, Flareon, Jolteon or Vaporeon by using one of the following Eevee names:
- Rename Eevee as Kira to evolve into fairy-type Sylveon
- Rename Eevee as Linnea to evolve into leaf-type Leafeon
- Rename Eevee as Rea to evolve into ice-type Glaceon

Luminous Legends Dates And Times
The Luminous Legends Y event Part 1 will start on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 10AM local time. This event will last until Tuesday, May 15, 2021, at 10AM local time. The bit where Sylveon appears is Part 2. Part 2 will start on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 10AM local time, and last until Tuesday, May 31, 2021 at 8PM local time.
While Galarian Zigzagoon will appear as a reward for Field Research as well as AR Mapping in Part 1, SHINY Galarian Zigzagoon MAY be unlocked if 25 million Team GO Rocket Grunts are defeated during Part 1. If they are, Shiny Galarian Zigzagoon will be unlocked as of May 25, 2021. That includes Shiny Galarian Linoone, and Shiny Galarian Obstagoon too!

The question of whether Sylveon is available in Pokémon GO has been asked for quite a while. Originally, Eevee evolutions Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon were available in the game.
As time has passed and updates to the game have been made, additional evolutions of Eevee have been added like Leafeon and Glaceon back in 2019. One evolution that hasnt been available is Sylveon, but thats finally changing after an announcement today that yes, Sylveon is being added to Pokémon GO.
, the official Pokémon GO account teased the news, saying:
Sylveon, the Intertwining Pokémon, is making its Pokémon GO debut during the upcoming Luminous Legends Y event! Youll be able to evolve your own Eevee into Sylveon by earning hearts when its your buddy.”
As for when Sylveon will be available in Pokémon GO, an update on the Pokémon GO website goes into detail about the Luminous Legends Y event. Specifically, that Sylveon will be added during Part 2 of the event which is set to take place from Tuesday, May 25 at 10:00 a.m. local time until May 31 at 8:00 p.m. local time.

The final current Eeveelutions available in Pokemon Go are Glaceon and Leafeon, and this duo has the most specific evolution method yet.
First of all, dont forget that you can do the name trick once again to get Glaceon and Leafeon for the first time. As detailed above, name your Eevee Rea to have it evolve to Glaceon, and name your Eevee Linnea to have it evolve to Leafeon. After that, however, youll need to fulfil special requirements to evolve more of these Pokemon.
Specifically, in order to evolve more Eevee into Glaceon or Leafeon, youll need some new items: the Glacial Lure and the Mossy Lure. These two new types of Lure Module are available in the shop and will soon be appearing as Field Research Rewards. These lures exist to make you more able to catch different Pokemon the Glacial lures in Water and Ice type Pokemon, while the Mossy attracts Bug and Grass types.
Theres an added benefit to these, however: when theyre placed, they can impact Eevee Evolution. Simply place one of the lures in a Pokestop if you place the Mossy Lure youll be able to evolve any Eevee you have into Leafeon while standing in that Pokestops radius . If you place the Glacial Lure on a Pokestop, thats when youll be able to evolve into Glaceon just remain within the Pokestops radius. This works even if you didnt place the lure, too, so you can share this chance with other players.
