Pokmon Go Field Research Quests Explained

Field research are missions collected one at a time by spinning a PokéStop, and will involve finding certain creatures, engaging in battles and other activities.

Every day PokéStops will give you a new quest, and each type of quest can have one of many different rewards, from previously Raid-exclusive consumables such as TMs and Rare Candy and common items such as Poké Balls.

    Examples of quest types include:

    • Catch one or two specific Pokemon
    • Catch specific Types
    • Hatch a certain number of Eggs
    • Battle in a Gym a certain number of times
    • Battle in a Raid a certain number of times
    • Evolve a certain number of Pokemon
    • Make a certain number of specific throws
    • Spin a certain number of PokeStops

Some of these quest rewards even give you the chance to catch a mystery Pokémon. Theres nothing exclusive here, but there does include uncommon and rare Pokémon, such as Tangela and Chansey, depending on the quest in particular.

As well as from a PokéStop, one additional research quest will also be added to your list at midnight local time. If you have a full roster of research, then youll receive a fourth regardless though if you still have four the following evening, no more will be added.

Leveling Your Pokmon To Reach Their Evolution

There are two ways to gain experience for your Pokémon in Pokémon Quest: Expeditions and Training. The three Pokémon you have selected to take on Expeditions will gain experience at the end of the Expedition. Successful Expeditions will yield more experience, but there is still a minor gain from those that may have been failed. Training is a bit more destructive, as it allows you to earn experience for a specific Pokémon by feeding it other Pokémon. Once a Pokémon has been used for Training it will leave your camp, so be careful of which Pokémon youre selecting ! Where Can You Find Eevee In Pokmon Legends: Arceus

The best place to find an Eevee is within the Time Rifts that show up at random as you are interacting with an area. If you are within visual range, you will see a giant bubble that indicates that area has an active or forming Time Rift. If you aren’t within range to see the actual bubble, you will be notified when a Time Rift has begun to form and has fully formed via a message at the top of your screen. You can see where it is by opening your map and looking for the hurricane symbol. You won’t have access to these until you’ve earned your second star.

Thats Flareon, Jolteon and Vaporeon. The different Eevee Evolutions added later, together with my favourite Espeon, arent but obtainable. They could also be added at a later date, nonetheless.

We may also debunk just a few speculated strategies of evolving Eevee in Pokemon Quest proper off the bat: the results of your evolution has nothing to do with the slot your Eevee is positioned in, and its nothing to do with the identify of your Eevee, not like in Pokemon Go. • Double level, double evolve?
  • cocomagus3 years ago#1I have a 73 Alakazam Ive been using, but now have a 94 Abra that I got from cooking, same slot makeup on each, but the 94 has a single move as opposed to double on my current Alakazam , so thinking of switching. Bingos are about the same on both, and neithers stellar, so not worried about losing those. If I train the 94 Abra using the 73 Alakazam, hell jump 2 levels, to 96. If I do that, will he evolve all the way up to an Alakazam, or will he just stop at Kadabra, and I need to keep exploring/training to 97 for him to evolve to Alakazam?

Got a couple of low-level Abras that I was gonna use to try to shift that one move the L94 one has around until it gets Psychic instead of Psybeam . I think a couple of them will get him up to 95 and Kadabra, then Ill work to get Psychic on him, then up him again to Kadabra. May keep the 73 around as well as a second one, too, now that I think about it

Evolving Eevee: Picking An Eevee Evolution In Pokemon Quest

How to evolve Eevee in Pokémon Quest! @Poijz

The only enigma at this point is Eevee. How will the game choose between Eevee’s three evolutions, or will the players get to choose which of Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon to get?

It took a while for fans to nail it down, but it’s now been discovered that your Eevee evolution will be determined by the Attack and Health/Hit Points values of your Eevee. Unlike earlier suggestion, your Eevee’s nickname or the slot your Eevee is stored in do not impact your Eevee Evolution.

You can manipulate the ATK and HP values by using stones – and on a high-level Eevee – say at level 35, one level away from evolution – you’ll have some solid slots to put stones into. This will let you manipulate the ATK and HP values in order to get the Eevee Evolution you want. Here’s what you’ll need for each:

    • For Vaporeon, ensure your Eevee’s HP is higher than its Attack when it hits Level 36.
    • For Flareon, ensure your Eevee’s ATK stat is higher than its HP when it hits Level 36.
    • For Jolteon, use slots evenly to ensure the Eevee has closely balanced HP and ATK stats when it hits level 36. The stats don’t need to be exactly matched, but you do need to get as close as you possibly can – within around 50 points should work fine.

Eevee Evolutions always happen at level 36, so be careful what setup you have for each Eevee when it’s at level 35 and about to boost one more level.
