Pokmon In The Wild Issues

Pokemon Go Frozen Loading Screen FIX!

There happen to be various issues and bugs with Pokémon tracking and catching in both Map View screen and encounter screen. Most of these issues is caused by either not completely synchronised data between game client and Niantic servers or client-sided not-responding.

Following issues, might occur:

  • tapped Pokémon in the Map View disappears and the red error notice is displayed ,
  • tapped Pokémon in the Map View does not do anything and to access the encounter of such Pokémon either game has to be restarted or other in-game action performed,
  • tapped Pokémon in the Map View happens to be completely other Pokémon in the encounter screen, or Pokémon being caught in the encounter eventually turns out to be completely other Pokémon in the Pokémon summary page and Pokémon collection,
  • this applies to Shiny status of Pokémon that occurs mainly when the Shiny Pokémon is encounter before end of the event during which there is increased chance to encounter Shiny variant of Pokémon and it is successfully captured after the end of the such event, which causes it to be eventually not-shiny in trainer’s collection,
  • while Pokémon being captured to the PokéBall the game freezes while PokéBall with captured Pokémon is in mid-air or on the ground, rarely game unfreezes after few seconds but most of the time player has to restart the game to continue playing,
  • it might be caused by localisation issues,
  • Fix 5 Wait And Update Pokemon Go

Sometimes, the issues actually arise due to an issue with the game itself. If this is the case with you, too, you will have to wait until the game developers release an update to patch the issue.

Once an update is available, you can download and install it from the Google Play Store on your Android device. iPhone users can download the update from the iOS App Store.

Update To The Latest Pokemon Go App

Pokemon Go was extremely buggy during the initial versions. If you still run an outdated version of it, upgrading to the latest build might just fix your issue. Heres how:

  • Open Google Play Store and swipe from the left to the right.
  • Tap on My apps & games and look for the Pokemon Go entry.
  • Tap the Update button next to it and wait until the new app is downloaded and installed. Update Pokemon Go
  • It may be that you downloaded the game from a different region store than yours. For example you live in the UK but youve downloaded the US version because the game wasnt available in your region. If thats the case, you should know that Niantic has deployed a lot of localized APKs, so downloading the right version for your region will save you from a lot of potential bugs.

Also, if youve downloaded the game outside Google Play Store, its recommended to install it the official way. Unnoficial stores tend to have outdated versions that might end up not recognizing your gyroscope even if you have one.

How To Make Incense Work Properly

So you’ve finally gotten into your game and you’re ready to catch some Pokemon. In your eagerness, you use some incense to bring all the Pokemon to the yard. Except…they don’t come. You wait the whole 30 minutes, but the incense won’t attract any Pokemon.

This was an issue that also cropped up in the beta, but fortunately there’s an easy fix. All you have to do is tinker with the clock on your phone.

Turns out that unless you have your device’s clock set to network-based so that it matches the time on the servers, your incense will not work.

For most Android devices, you’ll want to go to Settings > Date & Time. Make sure that both the auto date & time and auto-time zone options are checked.

If you’re on iPhone, make sure you have the latest version of iOS and go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Make sure that your time zone is set correctly, and that Set Automatically is on. This should solve your incense issue! A few users reported that this still didn’t help them out, but apparently it helps to use incense when there’s already a Pokemon or two nearby. Using it in remote areas doesn’t always work as well as you might hope.

    Pokmon Don’t Appear Near Me

The aim of Pokémon Go is to go out and find wild Pokémon, but a common Pokémon Go problem are Pokémon not appearing where you are.

It’s a frustrating problem, and it may be due to the fact that Pokémon Go uses Google Traffic data to judge population and traffic density. The more people in an area, the more Pokémon will appear. If you’re not seeing a lot of Pokémon while playing Pokémon Go, then you may need to go to a busier area, such as a city.

This won’t always be convenient for people, so if you can’t get to a more populated area, you can attract Pokémon by using Incense, which will make more Pokémon appear around you.

Pokémon can also be found near PokéStops, using Lures.

    Tip 7 Reset Network Settings

Another reason why Pokémon Go freezes when catching Pokémon is network instability. The app runs when the network is available and cause issues when the connection isnt stable. So, whether you are using mobile data or Wi-Fi, be sure that everything is working fine.

If the network is fine, open Settings > General > Reset > and Reset Network Settings.

You can either wait – sometimes it will only be a few seconds – and then start playing again. Or you might find the app becomes unresponsive and it crashes, as above in point 1, so restart the app again.

What Happens When Shop Is Not Working In Pokemon Go

Pokemon Go is one of the best mobile AR games. It achieved massive success in a small time span. The game allows you to move around the real world and use AR to find and collect Pokemons. It is a one-of-a-kind game.

Since its inception in 2016, developer Niantic has added a lot of features to the game. You have an in-game shop where you can buy PokeBalls and other stuff. But sometimes, the shop does not work. It happens primarily due to a bug in the game.

Heres a complete guide on how to fix Pokemon Go AR not working in.

When the shop does not work, it creates two issues.

Firstly, the shop does not load at all. When you try to enter the shop, it shows a blank white screen, and thats it.

There is no progress, and it feels like the app has frozen. But that is not the case. The game does not freeze, but only the shop is not loading.

Secondly, if you are able to enter the shop, another issue comes out. After browsing for a while, you find the item you want to buy. But once you try to buy the item, a loading PokeBall will show up, which is standard. But the loading PokeBall will not go away. Instead, it will continue spinning.

In a hurry? Check out my new post on How to surrender in Pokemon Unite.

At that point, you have no choice but to close the app and try again, only to find the same issue. Shop not working is quite a frustrating issue, especially if you need to buy something quickly. If you have something important to buy, the shop issue can stop you from doing so.

    My Pokmon Trainer Won’t Move

When you walk about your Pokémon trainer should move around the Pokémon Go map as well, however sometimes you may find that they are ‘stuck’, and simply walk on the spot.

If your Pokémon trainer doesn’t move and you can’t open up any menus that means Pokémon Go has probably crashed, and you’ll need to restart the app.

To restart Pokémon Go on Android tap the Recent apps icon at the bottom-right of the screen this is represented as a square icon. Scroll through your apps to find Pokémon Go, then either tap the ‘X’ icon next to its name, or swipe your finger to the right.

On Apple devices, double press the Home button, find Pokémon Go and swipe up.

You can then reopen Pokémon Go and the problem should be fixed.

    Check The Known Issue Database

If you have a recurring problem with something in Pokémon Go, you may not be alone. It could be a known issue with the game that Niantic has identified and is working to fix.

To find a list of known issues on the Niantic Support website. Each issue will display its current status, Resolved or Investigating.

Open any of the known issues for the latest updates. They may even list a temporary fix that will get your Pokémon Go working normally.

This was surprising to players, since these trades were ignoring the IV floor from friendship level. This bug was resolved around 2:00PM PST the same day, and Lucky Pokémon obtained after this point in time began to have an IV floor of 10/10/10.

Missing Nearby And Sightings / False Speed Lock

Pokemon Go Not Loading Graphics Properly: How to Fix

Pokémon Go, for a long time now, as been experiencing a bug where Nearby and Sightings are black even when going well under the 30 KMPH speed limit. Youll be walking around, playing, and suddenly the radar will go blank and spawns will stop happening or disappear. Its maddening to say the least.

Some people claim to have had success restoring it by opening and closing the Journal or by killing and relaunching the Pokémon Go app entirely. These might just be time killers, though, since Nearby and Sightings typically return after a few moments when the false speed lock-out stops.

Again, maddening. This is one Pokémon Go needs to fix and asap.
