Guide To Pokmon Go Spawn Point Locations

Legendary! Pokemon Go Hack Coordinates: Find Pokemon Locations | 100IV, High CP Coords (2021)

by ESpalding

Fed up with constantly catching the same old Rattata or Pidgey? Want to know where all the good ones might be? Well maybe we can help! Given that Pokémon come in all shapes, sizes, and types, it is a good idea to know roughly where they can be found so you can base your Pokémon GO hunts in specific areas.

There are 14 different types of Pokémon, and each type shares certain characteristics. This means that in the real world of Pokémon GO they tend to spawn in the places you’d expect them to — i.e. plant-type Pokémon spawn in grassy areas and Water-type Pokémon spawn near water.

But some aren’t as simple as that, so I’m going to give you a rundown of the best places to find them. Some Pokémon fall into two different types, but for this guide, I will only be using one of the types.

How To Get Heracross And Corsola In Pokmon Go

Generation 2 Regional Pokémon are a bit harder to catch than Gen 1 Regionals, mostly because Corsola has specific spawning conditions. It spawns 1 to 2 miles of the coast, and only between specific geographical latitudes

  • Heracross everywhere in South America
  • Corsola between 31N and 26S Latitudes, water areas near the coast

Be Sure To Check Your Moves

A player can have two or even three of the same Pokémon. It is essential to eliminate those that do not contribute anything positive to the game over the long term. How can we accomplish that? A player can concentrate on either one of these two criteria. It might be the Combat Power , or it could be the maneuvers.

Is there a difference in the CP between the two captures? Even if one of them has a higher CP, the other may have more effective and decisive moves. The Pokémon whose move stats appear ber should be prioritized as the best option. It is possible to acquire CP points, and each Pokémon has its own set of moves.

How To Catch Ice Pokemon In Pokemon Go

Much as with Fire Pokemon, the need to actually go somwehere icy to catch Ice-type Pokemon has thankfully been left out of Pokemon Go. Instead you’ll find ice-types in grassy areas occasionally and near bodies of water more often than that. You’ll of course also find them anywhere there’s actual snow and ice if you happen to live close to anywhere that fits the bill.

There’s 5 ice-type Pokemon in the original 151 that are in Pokemon Go: Jynx, Dewgong, Cloyster, Lapras and Articuno. Legendary Articuno is unlikely to be found out in the wild.

5 ice-type Pokemon were added in the Pokemon Go Gen 2 update. That includes: Sneasel, Swinub, Piloswine, Delibird, Smoochum.

Rhyhorn to evolve into Rhyperior.

Electabuzz to evolve into Electivire.

Magmar to evolve into Magmortar.

Aipom to evolve into Ambipom.

Sneasel to evolve into Weavile.

How To Find Pokmon And Use Radars In Pokmon Go

After removing the buggy three-step method shortly after the game’s launch, Pokémon Go was swiftly updated with Sightings and Nearby trackers. It’s available by tapping the list of creatures in the bottom right corner of the main map screen.

Sighting radar tracker

This is similar to the original three-step radar, allowing you to see Pokémon in the local vicinity without knowing the distance or approximate location. It usually appears when no PokéStops are close by, and while you can’t narrow down a location using this, it gives you a broad indication of what is nearby somewhere, if you want to take a little stroll in the hope you might stumble into something.

Nearby radar tracker

This in-game radar shows you where specific Pokémon are located relative to PokéStops. Select the Pokémon you want, and you will get a close up view of the Pokéstop. Tap again, and the map will zoom out and show you the route to that stop.

Pokémon will spawn fairly close by to the stop, and usually not right on top of it, so if it doesn’t appear straight away, try and walk around a little until it appears.

Also note that creatures tend to spawn for about 20 minutes before disappearing – so if you spot something you want, be sure to head over and get it sooner than later.

Note if something you’re tracking disappears it doesn’t mean it’s gone just yet – we’ve had some success turning up at a Stop a minute or two after the message, and our desired creature was still lurking.

How To Catch Poison Pokemon In Pokemon Go

Thankfully Pokemon Go doesn’t require you to actually venture anywhere poisonous to find Poison-type Pokemon, but you might have to get a little wet: they appear in areas the game defines as ‘wetland’, which includes ponds, marches, lakes and so on. For some reason they may also occasionally pop up in more industrial areas of cities and in large buildings, though this seems less common.

There’s a whopping 33 poison-type Pokemon in Pokemon Go’s 151 creatures, though there is lots of overlap with other types: Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume, Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Venonat, Venomoth, Bellsprout, Weepinbel, Victreebel, Ekans, Arbok, Nidoran , Nidoran , Nidorina, Nidoqueen, Nidorino, Nidoking, Zubat, Golbat, Grimer, Muk, Koffing, Weezing, Tentacool, Tentacruel, Gastly, Haunter and Gengar.

All attacks deal damage in the GO Battle Leaguesome more than othersbut certain attacks can also reduce an opposing Pokémons Attack or Defense stats. If this happens to your Pokémon, theres a quick and effective solution: swap the Pokémon out. When it returns later, its stats will have returned to normal. Here we see jbcao1987s Araquanid use Bubble Beam against emslieboy98s Shadow Nidoqueen. Bubble Beam reduces a Pokémons Attack stat by one stage. Rather than stick around and battle with a lowered stat, emslieboy98 swapped out his Shadow Nidoqueen, removing the debuff. Shadow Nidoqueen later returned to deliver a full-strength Earth Power against Sableye, with emslieboy98 ultimately winning the match.

How To Catch Dragon Pokemon In Pokemon Go

LEGENDARY Pokemon Locations in Pokemon Go 2022 | Legendary Pokemon On Map Pokémon GO

Dragon-type Pokemon such as Dratini are rare beasts, but they’re not impossible to find! Dragon-type Pokemon are only found at what Pokemon Go defines as ‘places of interest’ – famous places or landmarks anywhere. If a landmark or old place is significant enough to be marked specifically on a map, it’s probably a good spot to hunt for dragons.

There’s only 3 dragon-type Pokemon in the original 151 Pokemon that feature in Pokemon Go: Dratini, Dragonair and Dragonite. It’s unclear if the latter two can be found in the wild, but they can definitely be evolved from Dratini who has been found in a variety of places.

Only 1 dragon-type Pokemon was added in the Pokemon Go Gen 2 update: Kingdra.

You can view information on all of the Pokémon you have captured up to this point in your PokeStorage. Are you aware that there are some Pokémon whose stats are so low that you will almost certainly never utilize them in a battle?

As a result, you may need to transfer the Pokémon with low stats. To share a Pokémon from your PokéStorage to another location, select the Pokémon you want to move, review its statistics, and select the “Transfer” button.

You will receive one candy as payment for trading in your Pokémon. This candy can assist your other Pokémon in leveling up and becoming more powerful. Be sure that it is a Pokémon that you wish to transfer before you do so. Because once you give it up, there is no way to get it back.
