Pokemon Go Fest 2020 Dates And Ticket Price
Let’s cover the important stuff first when is Pokemon Go Fest 2020 and how much does it cost? The event will be taking place across two days and 26, from 10am to 8pm local time on both days.
Tickets will cost $14.99 and since it’s a virtual event, it means there’s no limit on the amount of people that can take part compared to the Pokemon Go Fest events in previous years. So no rush to buy your ticket!
What’s even more impressive is that the proceeds from all ticket sales will be going to nonprofit organisations in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and to “fund new projects from Black gaming and AR creators that can live on the Niantic platform”, with a minimum of $5 million committed.
Pokmon Go Fest 2020 Habitat Rotation
Pokémon Go Fest 2020 is finally here and we’ve got a weekend full of excitement, battles, challenges, fun, and of course Pokémon! While this year, Pokémon Go Fest will look a bit different, Niantic has been working hard behind the scenes to make this event enjoyable for players all around the globe, even those of us still social distancing. One of the new features to help make that happen is Habitat Rotation. This feature will use a slightly complicated schedule based that varies depending on where you are playing, but we here at iMore have everything you need to know to make the most of Rotating Habitats.
Evento De Compensao Da Pokmon Go Fest 2020 Est Marcado Para 16 De Agosto

What Is Habitat Rotation
Much like the Incense Day Type Shuffle Event back in April, Habitat Rotation changes every hour during day one of Pokémon Go Fest 2020. There are five different habitats and each brings different Pokémon spawning on the map. Regardless of where you live, each Habitat will be featured twice. The first Habitat will be available at 10 AM local time and the last will end at 8 PM local time. However, the Habitats will be the same for every time zone where the game is active, so depending on your time zone, your schedule will vary.

Pokemon Go Fest 2020 Details: Dates Price New Features And More
News on Pokemon Go Fest 2020 has finally landed ahead of the much anticipated event this summer, including new features for Pokemon Go, dates, price, and more. At The End Of The Day
Do not worry if you missed out on using a Charged TM on Sunday. This was not the first time Niantic has allowed Frustration to be forgotten, and it will likely not be the last. Additionally, even if you Purified your Shadow Mewtwo because you did not know how good Shadow Pokemon were, or because your Shadow version had poor stats, you will still end up with a high CP, Mewtwo that you can trade with your friends. You can see by now why Shadow Mewtwo stole the show from Victini, and that is not even to mention the Shadow Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno from the same Research Quest! Paying for the Go Fest gets you a quest that is worth your time, but the real value comes from your enjoyment. Niantic displayed live events in their virtual lounges for a reason. For the first time ever in Pokémon GO Fest history, Pokémon GO Fest took place as a global event in an entirely virtual format, allowing Trainers worldwide to participate and play wherever they were. On July 25 and 26, this massive play-from-anywhere event provided a totally reimagined, two-day Pokémon GO Fest experience. Like in past Pokémon GO Fest events, Trainers enjoyed an exciting weekend of bonuses, Pokémon encounters, and Special Research. Team GO Rocket tried their best to take over the event on July 26, but Trainers worldwide managed to hold them off and take back Pokémon GO Festand even encountered Shadow Mewtwo and Victini in the process!

Pokemon Go Fest 2020 Features And Events
As for what to expect from Pokemon Go Fest 2020, there’s a lot in store. There will be two special research stories over the weekend and one ticket will grant you access to both.
Both days of Pokemon Go Fest 2020 will feature rotating habitats, themed around fire, water, grass, battle, and friendship. The first three are somewhat self-explanatory, but battle and friendship are slightly more ambiguous. We do know that 75 unique Pokemon will feature in total however, likely meaning it’s 15 per habitat.
Throughout the entire event, there will also be a Global Challenge Arena. This is where trainers can join forces to work towards a goal for example, in the screenshot above, you can see players must send 100,000 gifts to friends. You can track how well you’re doing compared to your friends and unlock a special reward at the end of each global challenge.
This arrives alongside a revamp of the Pokemon Go social aspect, which is being converted to a general Niantic Social hub. You can see which of your friends are online, along with their playing stats like distance walked. During Go Fest 2020 specifically, Niantic is aiming to recreate the atmosphere from the team lounges at the physical events with the virtual team lounges. This will be through a microsite and more details will be revealed later down the line.
Also, if you’re feeling like some arts and crafts, you can download and print the “Pokemon Go Fest print at home kit”, to create your very own Pokemon Go gift.

The Latest News Of Pokemon Go Fest 2020
It has been reported by trainers already taking part in the Pokémon Go fest 2020 that new shiny Pokemons have being added to the game. Also, more distancing has being added to the procedure of this weekend game in a view to protecting every trainer from the spread of the deadly virus.
Another difference that is taking place in this year’s Pokémon Go fest is that players are enabled to take part in this event from the comfort zone of their houses, thus increasing the number of trainers with a significant number. This wasn’t done in Pokemon Go fest 2019.

List Of All The Pokemon In The Pokemon Go Fest 2020
In this guide, we have listed all the Pokemon in the Pokemon Go Fest of 2020. The first day of this fest belongs to the Rotating habitats. As and when a particular habitat is live in the event, you could get hold of the Pokemon belonging to that habitat. All in all, there exist five different types of habitats. These include fire, water, grass, battle, and friendship. Every hour of the first day of this fest has been assigned a Pokemon.
And each of the habitats will appear twice during the course of the day. In other words, all these habitats get live for a total of two hours in the day. Each habitat also comes with its own rewards in the form of Global Challenge rewards, which expires as soon as the next habitat begins. Talking about this habitat, we will be sharing the complete schedule of the same. After which we will list out all the Pokemon that you could get a hold of in the Pokemon Go Fest 2020. Follow along.
Go Fest : Grab Your Facemask And External Battery
Exploring the world through Pokemon GO this year involved social distancing, but it also featured flying in-game confetti that represented a rotating habitat and a Team Rocket invasion. The colour coded rotating habitats ensured a variety of Pokemon types every hour, but didnt necessarily promise a variety of these types. These biomes did very little to mimic the custom areas created in previous GO Fest events, but the water biome fittingly had mostly water Pokemon, the fire biome mostly had fire Pokemon, etc. Many of the Pokemon that showed up were the same and at one point, I saw five Slakoth around one stop. One of the key pillars of Pokemon GO may have changed this year, but the Pokemon GO community has never felt more connected.

Pokmon Go Live Events
Since its release in 2016, multiple real-life events and gatherings based on the mobile gamePokémon Go have been held by its developer Niantic Labs outside of unofficial player gatherings. Typically, the events involve increased in-game rewards for participating players and are often held in cooperation with local organizations or governments.
The common repeating events are the Pokémon Go Fest held annually, the Pokémon Go Safari Zone which has been held in multiple countries, and the monthly “Community Day” events. Player counts for the larger events range from thousands up to two million players in one event. Due to large concentrations of players all using their mobile phones in such events, the large gatherings have resulted in incidents and network disruptions, which have resulted in a lawsuit against Niantic.
Pokémon Go live events earned $249 million in tourism revenue during 2019.
Pokmon Go Safari Zone
On 12 July 2017, Niantic announced “Safari Zone” events across several cities in Europe at shopping centers operated by Unibail-Rodamco, held in August and September 2017. The events, where otherwise region-limited Pokémon could be found among others, required registration and had a player limit for example, the event in Amsterdam was limited to 2,000 players, though unregistered players would still be able to play with increased rewards within the city. However, due to the failure of the 2017 Go Fest event, Niantic delayed some of the Safari Zone events to fall that year.
Later in 2017, another Safari Zone event was held in Tottori Prefecture, Japan, at the Tottori Sand Dunes between 24 and 26 November. According to the local government, 89,000 people attended the event which generated around US$16 million in travel and tourism revenue. In the leadup to the event, Niantic brought several influencers in a tour around Japan as a campaign which was named Pokémon Go Travel.
The Summer 2018 iteration of the Safari Zone announced in conjunction with the 2018 Go Fest as part of a “Summer Tour” involved a Safari Zone event in Dortmund‘s Westfalenpark on 30 June and 1 July, and another event in Yokosuka, Japan on 29 August 2 September. The Dortmund event attracted some 170,000 players across the city, thrice the expected amount, with some players reporting network issues during the 2-day event.
