How To Unlock The Shiny Charm
The Shiny Charm further increases your chance when shiny hunting, but requires a bit of work to get. You must catch all 400 Pokemon in Pokemon Sword and Shield to unlock the Shiny Charm – see our List of Pokemon Locations to help fill out your Pokedex!
After filling your Pokedex, head to Circhester. Enter the hotel on the left, and use the elevator to go to the rooms. Enter the last room down the hallway on the left. Inside, talk to the doctor in this room. He’ll give you a Shiny Charm once you complete your Pokedex.
Catch All Legendaries In Dynamax Adventures
If you haven’t captured all legendary Pokemon appearing in Dynamax Adventures, repeat them until you’ve caught ’em all. By talking to Peonia and paying her 5 Dynite Ore, she will also give you the location of a specific legendary. Remember that if you fail to catch a Legendary, you can keep taking it on over and over!
Show Legendaries To Get Clothes
New clothing in the Crown Tundra can be obtained by showing certain Legendary Pokemon to a man in Wyndon. This will only be unlocked after you’ve completed the Galarian Star Tournament at least once .
The clothing you get when you show the man a Regidrago – the clothing itself is themed around the colors of the Pokemon you show!

Shiny Hunting In Pokemon Sword & Shield
Shiny Pokemon are the rarest creatures in the game. Players will need to be extremely lucky to found one of these colored variant Pokemon. Each Pokemon has a Shiny form and the game makes it much easier to find them. From collecting the Shiny Charm and Egg Charm to breeding or battling for Shiny Pokemon, there’s so much to do to find these Pokemon. It’s also extremely satisfying to finally find one. Players will need to have the patience for this one.
Master The Battle Tower
Once you have completed the story, the most obvious spot for your next visit is the Battle Tower. The Battle Tower offers the most challenging trainer battles throughout the entire game. Pokemon are higher levels, the AI fight more intelligently, its a challenge, even for the most experienced Pokemon trainer. Worry not, the rewards are pretty impressive too. Encounter : Energy Plant
Location
When you arrive in Hammerlocke, you and Hop both go through and try to help Leon. However, it’s too strong for Leon so you have to battle it, but when you take it down it changes into a new form. You and Hop challenge it in a Max Raid battle but it doesn’t work, so you and Hop both use the Rusted items to summon Zacian and Zamazenta in order for them to come and help. You face off in a Max Raid Battle against Eternatus with Hop, Zacian and Zamazenta. Then, you catch it
Push Your Luck At The Loto
You can try the Loto-ID in the Rotom PC in any Pokémon Center daily. If the ID No. of any of your Pokémon matches the daily Loto-ID number, you get the chance to win various rare prizes. Thats why its recommended to collect Pokémon with different ID No. by regularly trading with other trainers. Heres the list of Loto-ID digit matches and their respective prizes:

The Battle Tower is a place where you can have competitive, high-level battles with trainers. All Pokemon here are set to Lv. 50! You can earn BP and get rewards like items or mints.

You can spend Battle Points that you earn in BP shops in the Battle Tower and Hammerlocke. There are a wide array of items to choose from. These include evolution stones that help Pokemon evolve!

Get Yourself A Galarian Slowking
Once you’ve got 15 Galarica twigs, you come to the roaring sea caves. There’s a woman here and you give her the 15 twigs, which is more than the seven or eight you needed for Galarian Slowbro. She will give you the wreath that you need to evolve Galarian Slowpoke into a Galarian Slowking. Once you’ve done that you can find the twigs just from the sparkly things.

How To Catch Shiny Pokemon Easily
The more of the same type of Pokemon you’ve caught or battled, the more likely you will encounter a Shiny version of them in the wild. Also, the more you encounter a certain Pokemon, the more likely they’ll appear in the Wild Area, too! So, if you have your eye on a certain Shiny Pokemon, run into them as often as possible. Your “chain” in Sword and Shield is permanent, which you can check by looking at your Pokedex.
Additionally, you’ll want to unlock the Shiny Charm if you want to get serious about Shiny hunting. The Shiny Charm will further increase your odds when catching a Shiny, when either catching, fishing, or breeding. See How to Unlock the Shiny Charm.

Receive A Rare Type: Null
Type: Null is a rare Normal type Pokémon that you can only obtain post-game. Just go to the Battle Tower in Wyndon and go to the left side of the lobby. Speak to the girl near Type: Null and she will give you one for free. She will also give you some Memories, which are items that Type: Null’s evolution, Silvally, can hold to change its type.

Talk To Hyde And Get Porygon
Porygon can be obtained by the protagonist within the Isle of Armor DLC by talking to Hyde after defeating Mustard for the second time in the expansion.
Porygon is a Normal-type Pokemon that has two evolutions, and a lot of players are already aware of this creature’s existence because it is somewhat famous within the franchise for being elusive and difficult to find. Obtaining Porygon is a must for any player that is trying to complete the Pokedex, and it is great that Gamefreak gave players a chance to obtain it so easily in Sword and Shield.

Where Do You Fight Gym Leaders In Pokemon
The fight wont be the same and gym leaders will have more powerful Pokemon at a higher level, with stronger moves! Pokemon Sword & Shield Expansion Pass
This is the first entry in the series to have ever received paid DLC. The Pokemon Sword & Shield expansion pass comes along with two new wild areas to explore, over 200 Pokemon from previous generations, new legendary Pokemon to encounter, and new story segments for the player to experience. The full pass is being sold for about $30 USD and the first half, the Isle of Armor, is already available for download. This is a great way to extend the playtime in the game.
Pokemon Sword & Shield continues to sell extremely well for the Nintendo Switch. In the second half of the DLC, the Crown Tundra is scheduled to release later this Fall. This is a perfect way to distribute new content. Originally, players would have to buy a third version of the game, paying full price for it for just a bit of new content. Hopefully, Game Freak continues to make this the default method moving forward.

Return to the Master Dojo and Mustard will congratulate you both on the completion of the quest. He will offer to Gigantamax your Urshifu and, when you do, he will then challenge you. Hop remains and appears to congratulate you on your win. For the first time, he will Gigantamax his Starter during this competition

Encounter : Slumbering Weald
Location
Shortly afterwards, when you go to leave Postwick, a crash is heard and you find out that a Wooloo has gone in to Slumbering Weald, a forest from where people don’t return so it is closed off. Hop decides to rush in to help the Wooloo and you follow. However, when you get further in, it gets foggy and Zacian/Zamazenta appear. As you battle, it gets foggier and eventually you and Hop are knocked unconscious.
Leon arrives and then suggests getting out of there and going to see Professor Magnolia.

Encounter : Motostoke & Wild Area
Location
After beating Kabu, when you go to leave the city to go to the Wild Area to head towards Hammerlocke, you will bump into Hop and the three Gym Leaders who come to see you off and give you encouragement. However, when you get into the Wild Area, Hop’s enthusiasm shows and he suggests catching more strong Pokémon as he’ll be doing that to fill in the next page of the tale of his Legend. However, Bede soon appears and starts belittling Hop, including how Hop throws a Poké Ball. He then challenges Bede to a battle. Hop insists that he’ll win, but when you reach Hammerlocke, you discover he didn’t.

Challenge Red At The Indigo League
Once players have defeated six of the master trainers, Red will finally appear outside of the Pokemon League. He’s considerably more difficult than both Blue and Green combined due to him boasting a team of Pokemon that are all level 85.
