Whats New In Pokmon Go
November is a packed month for Pokémon GO fans, with developers Niantic unveiling a number of in-game events that will be taking place between now and the end of the month.
Supereffective Week runs from Tuesday 19 November 19 at 9pm PST to Tuesday 26 November at 1pm.
During it, Pokémon that might be strong partners in battle against Team GO Rocket and other Trainers will be appearing more often in the wild, in raids, and in Field Research.

All you have to do to get Galarian Slowking is evolve your Galarian Slowpoke. It isn’t as simple as tossing candy at it, however. Like Galarian Slowbro, there’s another step you need to complete before the evolve button will line up.
To evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking, you need to set it as your Buddy and catch 30 Psychic-type Pokémon. After that, you should be able to use your Slowpoke candy to evolve it.

To get this important item you will need to find a very specific NPC. Start by flying to the Three Point Pass and riding down into the water and heading to the far East in the Friged Sea. Follow the water along the coast until you come to a small beach leading into a cave called the Roaring-Sea Caves. Go to the far end of the cave and you will find a single woman standing in the back. If you speak to her, she will offer to weave a Galarica Wreath for you out of 15 Galarica Twigs.
If you somehow haven’t picked up these twigs passively, you find them hidden under trees all around the region. They are not too rare, so if you need some more it shouldn’t take you long to get up to 15. Once you make the trade, all you have to do is use the Galarica Wreath on a Galarian Slowpoke and it will evolve into your brand new Galarian Slowking.

How To Catch A Galarian Slowpoke In Pokmon Go A Very Slow Discovery
Galarian Slowpoke is a slow moving Pokémon, but if youre fast enough, youll be able to capture it in Pokémon Go to add it to your collection. Its making its debut at the start of the Season of Discovery for A Very Slow Discovery event. Galarian Slowpoke will be a rare Pokémon, so you want to try capturing whenever you have the chance. There are a few ways you can go about adding this Pokémon to your collection.
Galarian Slowpoke will not appear in the wild. You wont be able to find it when wandering around your neighborhood or if it wont spawn when attempting to use any incense or lures. Instead, the only way to capture and encounter a Galarian Slowpoke is to find it at one star raids that spawn at Gyms. A handful of one star raid Pokémon are also appearing for this event, such as Alolan Grimer, Shellder, Shinx, and Timburr. Any of these Pokémon can appear at a one star raid, so theres a one in five chance of it being a Galarian Slowpoke for the duration of A Very Slow Discovery event.
Beyond this, Galarian Slowpoke might be a reward for Field Research tasks. These are tasks that you can acquire by spinning a Pokéstop or by using a Gym. Well be able to detail the exact Field Research task you need to grab. Unfortunately, these tasks are random, so you may have to visit several Pokéstops before the task drops for you.

How Can Pokemon Go Players Get Politoed And Slowking
The main way to get Kings Rock in Pokemon GO is by spinning PokeStops. Along with the rewards that come from a spin is a random chance of picking up one of the evolution items, Kings Rock among them.
Heres the issue: the probability of getting a Kings Rock from spinning a PokeStop is less than 1%. Using this method is almost completely unreliable, so no trainers should really waste their time with this.
Thankfully, theres a way to circumvent this issue. Some players might be familiar with the rewards that come from 7 day streaks of spinning PokeStops . Completing the full 7 days will result in a guaranteed evolution item.
Take note, though, that its one of the evolution items that is rewarded: not specifically a Kings Rock. There are four other evolutionary items in Pokemon GO, and the reward only guarantees getting one of these. This means it might take a couple weeks to find the Kings Rock.
That being said, every evolutionary item is highly valuable. Here are the others and the Pokemon they evolve:
- Sun Stone: evolves Gloom into Bellosom, Sunkern into Sunflora, Petilil into Lilligant and Cottonee into Whimsicott
- Dragon Scale: evolves Seadra into Kingrda

Trainers can also get the Sinnoh Stone and Unova Stone from the 7 day streaks. These are used to evolve other Pokemon that need items or trades to evolve in the Generation IV or V games.
