How To Catch Articuno
Because Articuno is a Legendary Pokémon, youll want to keep an eye out for any nearby Legendary Raids if you want to try and capture it. Once you find a Legendary Raid where Articuno is the raid boss, its time to assemble your team of Pokémon and gather a few friends. Recent reports suggest that Articunos raid boss CP can be as high as 37,603, so this is definitely a fight you wont want to go into alone.
As for which specific Pokémon you should bring into battle against Articuno, just think back to what ice and flying Pokémon types are weak to in the standard Pokémon games. Rock Pokémon like Golem and Omastar are essential picks when trying to catch Articuno, as their Rock Throw and Stone Edge abilities can dole out high amounts of damage.
Steel, Electric, and Fire Pokémon are solid choices as well. Just make sure you dont take any Grass, Bug, or Ground Pokémon into the fight since Articuno will make quick work of them even if they have a high CP level.

How To Earn The Articuno Zapdos & Moltres Master Titles In Pokmon: Lets Go Pikachu & Pokmon: Lets Go Eevee
Firstly, in order to become a Master of a specific Pokémon, you will need to have that Pokémon, so if you havent caught the likes of Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres yet, youre going to need to change that. If you have caught them though, you can always attempt to catch one in the wild, should you wish to attempt to get one with better IVs and stats.
The second step in attaining mastery over them, is to make them become powerful enough to impress their associated Master Trainers. This can be done via intense levelling up, in combination with feeding them with a lot of Candy, since each Legendary Bird Pokémon needs to have 7,500CP.
Once Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres have reached 7,500 CP, it is time to hunt down the Master Trainers who wish to see them, which in itself is an easy task. Although the Master Trainers are not in the direct area of where you discover each Legendary Bird Pokémon, they can be found in the vicinity.
Upon locating each Master Trainer, you will be required to have the required Pokémon in the top left slot of your party, and no, having them out of their Poké Ball will not help you. Upon meeting the requirements of each Master Trainer, a short one-sided discussion will take place and when it is over, you will be bequeathed the title associated with each Master Trainer.

Who Is Better Zapdos Or Articuno
According to the Pokemon GO Gamepress, Articuno will have the maximum cp of 2978. Zapdos will be 3114 and Moltres having the highest, 3240. Moltres has the best attack stats and Articuno has the best defense stats. This means that Articuno is better at being a gym defender and Moltres is better at attacking them.

The Electric- and Flying-type Zapdos is weak only againstIce-type and Rock-type attacks, and it isn’t doubly vulnerable to either type.It’s also resistant to Ground-type attacks, so the tactics you’d use againstother Electric-type Pokémon won’t work well against Zapdos. Ground-type Pokémonwill still take the least damage from Zapdos’s Electric-type attacks, andDragon-, Electric-, and Grass-type Pokémon will take reduced damage, too.Zapdos will quickly decimate your Water-type and Flying-type Pokémon withsupereffective damage, so deploy them with caution.
No one type resists Zapdos’s attacks while dealingsupereffective damage in return. That leaves Golem’s two types overwhelminglythe best choiceits Rock-type attacks will be super effective, and as aGround-type Pokémon, it’ll take reduced damage from Zapdos’s attacks. Rhydonshares this optimal combination, but it’ll deal much less damage because it can’tlearn a Rock-type Fast Attack to go along with the Charged Attack Stone Edge.Fellow Rock-type Tyranitar’s Fast Attacks won’t be super effective either, plusit lacks Rhydon’s resistance to Electric-type attacks. Most Ground-type Pokémon don’t deal enough damage to bestrong choices, but don’t overlook Piloswine. The Swine Pokémon will takelittle damage from Zapdos’s attacks while dealing impressive damage inreturnif it knows the Charged Attack Avalanche.
How Many Trainers Are Needed
Articuno can be defeated with two trainers, but if you cannot guarantee the top counters with maxed out CP and the best moves, your best bet is to make sure you have three or more players.
Using the Circle Lock Technique to guarantee Great or Excellent throws, along with Golden Razz Berries, is the best way to catch Articuno.

- Rhyperior: Another strong rock-type Pokemon, Rhyperior features many of the same attributes as Rampardos. The Smack Down + Rock Wrecker moves will deal extraordinary damage in this raid.
- Gigalith: One of the bigger Pokemon in the game, the Gigalith will keep you sturdy throughout this challenge. Once again, using the Smack Down + Rock Slide moves are your best bet here.
